This place is infested with roaches and management is slow to get anything done. I have been waiting a year to get my mailbox still haven’t got it. Have to constantly call so that pest control can come out and even when you do call they will still not come knowing this place is crawling with roaches. Do not move here the place is not worth the money!!!

Since CAF Management has taken over I have had a difficult time receiving proper communications and have maintenance requests filled in a reasonable time. After turning off our water on Christmas weekend in 2022, my upstairs neighbor caused a flood and the emergency maintenance response was non-existence and till this day has not offered a response on why I was not checked back with as water poured into my apartment. After several unanswered emails and no call backs to get this damage resolved, I ended up sending certified mail for my records and I had to contact the regional office. The regional manager did an excellent job because the next day, I was actually contacted by the leasing office. The unprofessional truly showed as management and maintenance had no answers to justify why the situation had to be delayed so far that I had to contact the city itself and the regional office. The manager even brought out the printed emails I sent over certified mail and stated that his staff was not telling him anything even though all the emails I sent were valid emails alongside submitted work order requests that dated back months. In February, I caught maintenance on my security camera installing a new toilet and after questioning the leasing staff over and over about when the notification was sent (because they told me they sent one), I caught them actually admitting it was a mistake (not an apology).They did not give me a curiosity notification to inform me of a major maintenance repair. I was already quite rattled that I could not prepare for this work to be done, maintenance did leave my lights on (bills that I pay for, I have the footage), and the invasion of privacy that took place without said notice. But what really peeves me off is that I caught my leasing office in a lie yet no apology was given and no one in that office seemed willing to fix the situation. It is a shame because CAF Management’s slogan is “People Matter. Performance Counts.” and I don’t see that happening past off prior interactions. If you are planning to move here please keep management and leasing staff accountable and demand the communications that a paying tenant deserves.
The management is trash.....I have been waiting over 3 months to have an exterior lightbuld replaced
This is a horrible place to live in! Spare your energy,money and time ,don’t even think to rent here ! Very poor maintenance ,high water and electric bills ,very old apartments everything falls of the walls ,not worth it !Office people are of no use and always claim they have shortage of maintenance people ! DONT RENT! I regret doing so every single day

Where can I start ... I move in because I think its going to be nice place but NOT !!! I had the worst experience there and the administration staff never doing nothing . I decided to finish my lease before finish my contract because my neighbors always were smoking weed and I have a little son when I complaint about that the staff never did something just tell me you can call the police , when I explained i have to leave before to finish my leasing contract they told me yes don't worry but they charged me a lot of money for did that.

I’ve been trying to call and email, my fiancé and I were interested in an apartment here and they haven’t reached out or called back, they lost two valuable customers who would have loved to live here. I would not recommend to anyone!

No lights in parking area, No maintenance on staff, charge for all utilities, and trash pick up. Appliances that work half the time. During ice storm, no water for 2 weeks. My relatives that live there are now living with busted pipes and no sheetrock on the walls, tile and insulation in their bathtub. wet carpet and can't reach anyone to get an answer when it will be fixed. Oh, and $400+ utility bill for 2 weeks on 600sq ft appt. Ridiculous.

where do I start. we've lived here for almost 4 years. can't afford to move. the management roll their eyes at us. we went 12 days with no water. they claimed they helped but they didn't. the maintenance team hand to God have no idea what their doing. my back door months later still doesn't lock. my stove has never been replaced like they promised when we moved in. I honestly had to screw my rugs to the floor because it's peeling up everywhere. I could go on but I think I made my point. no I'm not doing this out of spite but because something has to be done about the office staff and wow definitely the maintenance team.

The maintenance staff is super slow! If you love “patch work” then this will be ideal. The exterior of the buildings have rotten face boards and the exterior lights are always out. Severe foundation issues along with CONSTANT water troubles. I would not recommend this PLACE to anyone!

This is one of the worst apartments I’ve lived in. I was miserable throughout my stay here. The community is noisy, lack of parking at night, the walls are paper thin, and the smell of smoke from the neighbors are present in my unit. I will be leaving in a few weeks. I will pay a lot more for rent in a better city rather than living Mesquite.

While visiting the office I could already tell this was going to be an amazing place to stay. I was greeted by two ladies and wasn’t sure who was going to help me but Britney took care if me. The apartment I viewed was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. I will put in an application today because if the way I was treated and great prices for the one bedroom.

maintenance men take forever to fulfill a maintenance request. and when they do, they dont do a good job at it. my apartment had a air conditioner leak and there was water all over the laminate floor, it took them weeks before they were able to fix it and another couple weeks before they even repainted. we went to speak to the manager to let her know about our problem and our numerous maintenance requests, and she wouldn't let us in her office and instead told us to talk to the leasing agent. our towel rack in our bathroom has been broken for months and in the midst of sending all of these maintenance requests they still have yet to fix a simple task. i can't wait to move out of this community!

Great location if you want to be close to shopping and restaurants but not if you want a quiet location. Overall there is nothing wrong with the apartment. I have lived here almost a year and have had very few issues. There are a few annoying things like the flooring hasn't been maintained and the painters did not do a very good job but nothing that you wouldn't expect in an apartment. The only complaint I have is that there is a lot of drug activity in the area and in the complex.
My apartment is currently one of the older versions in the complex but that's because they are updating everything to more modern versions. Stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors, etc. I haven't had them do mine because of the inconvenience but this property is the reason I've been here 14 years. The management goes out of their way to show they care. Low crime. Good location to shops and restaurants. Love this property.
I like the overall looks as in curb appeal. Lots of restaurants are across the street in walking distance. I wish I can afford a much more spacious one but the budget is not permitting that wish. The 3rd floor is where I live. By me being 53, my old knee surgery is showing its ugly face with excruciating pains sometimes. I look at it as a workout, stair climbing. The Place apartments are very clean, quiet, and peaceful. That's why I signed a second lease. I'm also very close to the mall, grocery store, girlfriend's house, work, and church. Not bad at all!
Wonderful place to live, the area is very peaceful and relaxing. The community is well maintained inside and out. Staff and neighbors are friendly, large walk-in closets, door to door valet trash pick up, big sparkling pool, community activities and events, shopping and fine dining are in walking distance and major highways are seconds away. I love my place.
My apartment I feel take pride in there complex because Shirley takes the time to really show you true hospitality.
