Great bang for your buck!
Been here since it first opened in August. Very affordable living and easy access to downtown / vcu area. Electric and water billed through the complex. Kitchen has all brand new and updated appliances. Washer and dryer included. 2 bedroom is spacious. Maintenance is fast for now. Typical apartment problems here and there loud neighbors, kids running up and down the hallways playing, people dogs pooping all over the sidewalks, trash room always overflowing with trash , most of these issues are more because of inconsiderate neighbors instead of the apartment complex. The complex has an onsite property manager and social worker. They also throw little events/get togethers here and there. There is also a bike rack outside the property and inside . A community room and 3rd floor garden/ patio. The building is also very secure you need a key fob to get in or you have to be buzzed in by a resident. All in all I would definitely recommend moving here based on my current experience.
