The trash enclosures near my building have been missing planks for over four months and the siding has been peeling off the building for over 5 months and management refuses to make repairs. They will take your money and let the property decay around you.

After living here 1 year, the management decided to increase my rent at renewal by $500. At the same time, they are renting similar apartments for $300 cheaper. If you intend to stay over one year, keep this in mind.

I just moved here since this March 2022, but got a lot of problem: - In their description, they included Washer and dryer in Unit, but when I moved here, they'd not even have any Washer and Dryer and the hookup was not installed, too. They didn't notify it to me at the date I moved in and told me they will come a week later. And I've still waiting for their coming until now (for exactly 2 months), even they'd done for the hookup last week. Whenever I asked them, they just keep promising and don't know what date they come. When I complained about that, they gave me some credit for compensation of last 2 months. - I've lived here for 2 months and experienced 3 times of electricity out (1 for whole community, and 2 for my apartment only); also some power outlets just can use 1 out of 2. - My 2 stars is for customer service and maintaining team. They're really nice and supportive; but for the Washer and Dryer they keep give promise but never done. So disappointed!
After 11 years living at Beaufont oaks apartments, i can honestly say this is the longest i've lived in an apartment. Its a quite comfortable space. The staff from the ofgice to the maintenance men are exceptional. In fact, the Groundsman, whise name is Brian...we have neamed him MVP...lol because from rain to snow he is out there making sure the grounds are clean and safe for us. They are old apts, but you can make it your own easily, they are huge and could be perfect for roomates because of the 2 bath option. Lots of privacy, rarely hear neighbors, safe surroundings. And it is such a breath of fresh air to see kids playing outside. Convenient washer and dryers in unit optional, but not only is there a laundry are there is a gym, tennise court and a picnic are next to the awesome...clean pool. When residents move in... They usually stay for a long time, so if you want to get in all this comfirt and joy, stop by and talk to our amazing Rental staff, Debbie and the crew would love to see you. from the ages 18-24 (2006-2012), I moved every year from apt to apt once my lease was up because I was never satisfied with the quality of my apt. I moved to Sterling Beaufont in 2012 and as of this morning I just signed my lease again for the fourth time for 2015-2016. I love my apt, huge space, quiet community, no bugs, great maintenence. My only complaint is that there aren"t enough 3 bedrooms and I am stuck in a 2 bedroom for now. These are the best apts I have ever lived in and the Reps in the leasing office are AMAZING (Dale, Rebecca and Robyn)

"This is a perfect place for me to live reason being,it's right around the corner from my dialysis unit as well as the hospital,so in case of emergencies,everything is convenient. What a peace of mind! We are surrounded by a choice of great restaurants and grocery stores The apartments are very spacious and very well maintained. Kudos to Brian for the upkeep of our beautiful grounds. Great place for pet lovers, yes they are welcome and they even have their own pet park. Swimming pool,tennis court,exercise room and our laundry room are some of our amenities. I've made use of our club house on more than one event such as baby showers,birthday party,or just girls night out. Love living here and a great place to live!
It is a great space for two bedroom apartment however the appliance and inside the apartment are so outdated.
I lived here back in 1988 it was a very nice place
