The amenities are great and I love the monthly events and pet of the month. The only thing I don’t like is how little an amount of warm and hot water we get when showering. We have good water for 5 minutes before it gets cold again.

We have been at Ember at Berwyn for almost half a year now and truly appreciate everything about our new home. Our experience with the management team and staff has been fantastic. Wonderful place to live. Great amenities! Gym has all the equipment and more. Lobby is always clean and welcoming. Courtyards are amazing place to congregate. Really a nice place to call home

If you want to get run down in a beautiful expensive lobby stepping off the elevator by a kid on a bike, scooter, or skateboard then this is the place for you! If the kids aren’t looping around the fireplace they are literally rolling on the floor and screaming! I have spoken to other tenants about it and we all agree that we hate it! I was almost tripped last week and when I fall I’m suing everyone! The managers see it happening and don’t say anything! Other than that it’s a lovely building and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The property is very well maintained.

Great space, maintenance is so quick and efficient, amazing community space. Only problem is EV charging and the fact that it was switched from being free to being charger which is a bummer.

Only have been here for about 2 weeks and we cannot stop raving about how much we love this place. The staff has been phenomenal, amenities have been great. We had some issues in the beginning to which maintenance quickly addressed. We love our apartment and are happy to be here!

While living here for the past week. It’s been super easy finding my way around the building. I enjoy the easy access to anything I need. The staff has been great help before, during, and after the move with any questions I(we) had. Great experience so far, staff is extremely friendly and kind. Only issue that I have is pets owners living in the building, not picking up after their pets when going potty outside. It is extremely ill mannered since all is is are adults that live here.

Craig and entire staff were amazing during the whole process. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our questions were answered and provide all we needed to make the best decision. The community and amenities such as the gym, work cafe, lounge areas to name just a few are all brand new and top of the line. Being in the outdoor areas makes you feel you are away on vacation. Moving in was super easy and the access to features such as reserving the freight elevator for our movers made it a great experience for both us and our movers. Good morning! I wanted to share how impressed I am by the entire team. Everyone is so welcoming and answers kindly to our questions. I also love the community events. It helps meet our neighbors! And the amenities are fantastic! I love the pool table, the pool, and I appreciate a lot having access to the conference rooms.

Just moved in and the experience has been amazing! The cleanliness of the hallways and all public areas is excellent. I love how people decorate their entrance tables. Parking is good, staff are super nice, and I enjoy bringing my dog to the dog area and trail. The package storage system is well-organized, making it easy to find packages, and the gym equipment is decent. One point deducted because the elevator closest to me has been out of service for a long time.

Everything went very smooth and after i moved in there were few things but Property manager was absolute legend and fixed everything very quickly. shout out to Max. Love it so far.

Absolutely stunning property. My location is very quiet with a beautiful view of the courtyard. The common areas are always in pristine condition and are a pleasure to relax in over a morning coffee.

Super place live, great location, great management and a beat state of the art facility. Best on the Main Line. Everyone is friendly and polite. Would not live anywhere else.

Apartment and units are well maintained though newly built. The staffs are very friendly and approachable in case of maintenance or help. Best part for those commuting through public transportation, you have bus stop front of apartment. Have couple of shops, restaurants and grocery store in next block. I would highly recommend Ember at Berwyn'.

Everything has been seamless regarding our move into Ember. The staff has been more than helpful, and the leasing team being on site 7 days a week is awesome. They definitely made moving to Pennsylvania a lot easier for our family.

The Manager insisted that I sign for our mail box keys that he did not give to us. This is after he did not honor the 2 months free incentive that his staff e-mailed to us. The management office gave us instructions to sign our contract that was incorrect. We are disappointed in the lack of professional integrity at Ember.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear your move-in experience was disappointing. I was not here to move you in, but my leasing team that worked with you was simply following our property's policy of having a key receipt signed at move-in. The mailbox keys are given out after the move-in inspection form is returned, and we are happy to note that on the key receipt if requested. As we had previously discussed, there was a typo on a single email that incorrectly listed a special available for 1-bedroom homes in a correspondence about a larger apartment home that we had looked at together, and the correct special was clarified both on the tour and in follow up calls. Again, I am sorry for these errors and I do hope we can improve upon your experience throughout your time at Ember.
