Property Ratings at The Point at Coral Gables
Building was great with the previous owner, but the new mgmt team is terrible. Disrespectful and rude, if you ask them for a basic request they act with such disgust and annoyance. The problem is the only onsite management is the leasing team who must be compensated on commission to sign up new residents, so they put on a smile for new residents and treat all existing residents like trash. If you don’t believe me just sign the lease and experience the change in attitude lol.
You really dont know how good you have it until its gone. That’s how I feel about Milagro, a place Im moving out of next week. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing, and the bar could not have been set higher for future apartments buildings I rent from. To start, I have to champion the property manager Bianca and her amazing staff. Bianca has taken care of me during every step of living here. From the initial leasing conversations to the day I moved out, Bianca is someone who takes pride in her building - and it shows. I was impressed at every aspect of my initial walk through - especially the impeccable state of the hallways - something most buildings give up maintaining. But even when someone moved in and scratched the walls from one side of the building to the next - the next week it was all repaired like it never happened at all. My living experience has also been nothing short of excellent. When I moved in, the dryer didnt work. They immediately let me use an empty apartment down the hall to wash my clothes until the repairs could be done. And once the repairs were done - the dryer still didnt work! I was pissed, but ever so briefly. I told them I wanted the newer version of the dryer that I saw in the empty unit I had briefly used - and the next day it was delivered and installed in my unit. One morning I was working out in the gym with the magnificent set of stationary bikes Milagro owns, when suddenly music came blaring out the speakers, overpowering my headphones. I sent Bianca an email and the next day it was taken care of. This is just another example of how wonderful and attentive Bianca and her staff is. Even the maintenance team is spectacular - Francisco helped me out one night when my lock stopped working, and was able to repair it while I stepped out to go exercise. Its 5-star service and support like this I know I can count on. Moral of the story - Milagro is a well manicured building with a caring staff and somewhere you want to live and hope to always be able to stay. Much appreciation to Bianca and her team for continuing to make this the best place to live in Coral Gables.
I am very happy to live here, it has been a while. It is in a very familiar area, where you can walk around and find many things to do, but the building is so cool that it is not necessary to go out, my friends often say that it looks like a hotel hehe. The building has a salt water pool, outside you can grill, also sunbathe and the photos are beautiful. It also has a billiard room, meeting room and also a room full of computers, it also has a coffee room and things to drink when you get up, there is a separate area to go and sunbathe and it also has a living room. The building is very familiar and quiet, ah !!!, also under the building they have a beauty center etc. I am also very happy with the manager Bianca, she is a good person and is always there to help you. ??

Gracias por el review y amables palabras. Estamos aquí para crear un santuario para todos los residentes.
I’ve been living in this building for 3 years and I cannot leave. Half a block away from Miracle Mile. Amenities are A+ (Saltwater Pool)(Pool Table)(Sundeck)(2 Floor Gym)(Office Space & Meeting Room free for the tenants) Starbucks type of Coffee / chocolate maker, and more. Bianca the Property Manager will go above and beyond to help you and support you whenever you need something. She is the best and the entire management team as well. You won’t regret moving here.

Thank you for the review and kind words! We are so happy that you've decided to call Milagro home!
This used to be a fantastic building to live in as it's close to miracle mile and is a relatively new building. However, in recent months there has been new ownership and new management. The new ownership has done away with security, there is no longer anyone patrolling the building or even the parking lot. The gated parking has been broken for months and they have yet to replace or repair the gated parking because the new ownership is too cheap repair the gate. They have recently stopped paying for cable in the common areas which means we have beautiful large screen tv's that no longer have any reception. We have also lost our wifi in common areas which has been in place since the day the building was opened. The carpets in the hallways are filthy and you can not access your delivered packages after business hours so if you have a job it is virtually impossible to get your stuff. LASTLY, THEY RENT DAILY ON AIR BNB SO YOU NEVER KNOW WHO IS COMING AND GOING IN THE BUILDING.... DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
