Property Ratings at The Point at Downingtown
I have lived at The Point at Downingtown since it opened. The current management company, Panco, is wonderful. From the leasing agent to the managers, they are very respectful, professional, and act quickly to follow up on concerns. The amenities are great and its a perfect location. Easy to walk to stores, restaurants, and even to Downingtown boro. Close to major roads for easy commuting to work. They are located in a great school district. They host fun events monthly. I love the quiet hours! There's no perfect place to live, but this comes pretty close.

Leigh, it's fantastic to hear that you're having such a positive experience at The Point at Downingtown. We're glad that our team, amenities, and location are meeting your expectations and contributing to your overall satisfaction. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you for choosing to make our community your home!
There is lots of noise coming from pipes in the building and get lousy in the night in bedroom, Management is doing nothing from past 10 months and replied that they can not do anything about it and not giving you option and if you want to break the lease you have to pay total 4 months of rent. They also have poor drainage system due to which toilets get clogged every other week, management blames you for using the toilet papers. They just make the false promises to fix everything, please do not fall into the trap.

We’re sorry that your experience has been anything less than positive and as mentioned in our previous discussions, our maintenance team is continuing to focus on a thorough investigation of your concerns. Please know that we will take all available steps to effectively resolve these issues for you as we strive to provide outstanding service to all our residents without exception.
Maintenance is UNDER-STAFFED......... Robberies are occurring in Parking Lots....... Management is VERY slow to respond to WASTEFUL uses of Electricity.....the TRASH SERVICE IS NO SERVICE AT ALL; OVERLOADED DUMPSTERS/ OVERFLOWING DUMPSTERS/ GLASS AND DEBRIS IN PARKING LOTS AND THESE SAME DUMPSTERS ARE TEARING-UP THE PARKING LOT SURFACES, SINCE THEY DRAG THEM OUTSIDE FOR DISPOSAL. Finally, the trash rooms are FILTHY !!!!!!!!!!!!
Property Manager at The Point at Downingtown, Responded To This Review
Thank you for sharing your concerns. Since your review was posted, our new management team has come on board, and we trust that you are starting to see positive changes. Our team has over 20 years of combined experience in providing residents with top-quality service. We recognize that this is your home, and we take pride in making sure we adhere to the highest standards in creating a clean and comfortable community. In fact, we now have a full-time porter whose primary focus is on managing trash and maintaining the community’s outdoor areas so you should be seeing improvements on the items you mentioned. As it pertains to the parking lot, we have not experienced any thefts since our management team has been in place; however, we strive to maintain a strong relationship with the local authorities so we can stay on top of any reported issues. Again, we hope that your recent experience has been a more positive one, and please know that we are always available to discuss additional ways we can work together to strengthen our community.
I am so happy with Woodbine Apt living. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great. They do a excellent job with bringing the community members together for events. Layout of the apartment and grounds is great. Gym has a lot to offer.

And of course, compliments about our team are our absolute favorite. We appreciate your feedback! Please let us know if you need anything in the future.
Been a great experience since we moved in last June. Amenities, commons areas, staff, and maintenance have been great. Any concerns hasve been quickly addressed. We love our neighbors as well. Couldn't be happier.
Me and my wife moved here in June of 2021 and have had a great experience with both other residents and management. Location has been great as we are close enough to the city to visit, but far enough away to avoid traffic.
I moved here in July and spent so much time outside enjoying the beautiful pool. The whole complex is amazing and I’m so glad I chose Woodbine!
Beautiful layout and great staff! So glad I chose Woodbine!
