Nestled on the Gulf of Mexico, Naples is a beautiful beach town named after its Italy counterpart. This city has plenty to offer its residents, from sunshine to shopping to golf and beyond. Finding a beautiful home in Naples is simple – you just have to know the setting you’re looking for. Do you want a beach view, or do you prefer a downtown atmosphere?
No matter where you live, the beach is just a short drive from any point in Naples. You’ll discover a ton of luxury apartments, condos, and houses within gated neighborhoods. Besides being on the coast, shopping is a major city highlight. Tamiami Trail North is lined with boutiques, but the biggest shopping district is at Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South. Waterside Shops is another upscale mall, near Calm Pass Park.
From steakhouses to bayside seafood cafes and Italian eateries, you’ll find an assortment of delicious places to dine out in Naples.

Property Ratings at The Point at Naples
Not gated. Gutters have not been cleaned (there are plants growing in them). Building exteriors are cracked and exposing rusted metal. Sidewalks are uneven and have graffiti on them. Dogs loose, allowed out with no leash or supervision, running through the parking lots. Broken stairs. Unkempt breezeways and stairwells.
Poor property management, dirty areas, common and trash compactor surrounding the buildings. Old apartments, hidden fees in the pricing, terrible amenities. Overpriced as well.
It’s not truly a “Gated Community” the gate doesn’t work, meaning anyone can come on property. The ladies in the rental office are never there, they both decide to take breaks together rather than rotate. They also don’t believe in responding to messages in a timely manner. The trash overflows all the time to the point that vultures show up. Then they have the audacity to send letters telling residents not to leave trash outside the dumpster yet the dumpster was broke an they didn’t make anyone aware of that. Everything is spray painted over so let’s say it’s a burn mark from previous guests they will come and spray paint over it. Mailbox that was selected for me doesn’t lock meaning anyone could have gotten my mail. Then to top it off they have bugs in there units.
We have a large group that rented A few apartments here durning Season. The service from the team in the office Has been stellar. We are happy so far!
It is a comfortable apartment for a single person. The area is quiet and has access to local transportation for those who have no car. There are a few commercial sites near, convenient for time saving. The apartment is on the third floor which is good for safety and quietness.
The Point at Naples is definitely a nicer apartment in a lower price range in Naples. The layouts are great. I live in a two bedroom, two bathroom and the closets are huge! The management is pretty responsive to their tenants needs and I've had all problems fixed within a week. The pool is nice. The only reason I don't give five stars is because I've had quite a few bugs. Management does include pest control but even after spraying I still have some bugs.
Our apartment size is small to me, especially the kitchen. But, the staff is very friendly and they fix things timely. No overall problems or complaints. Nice pool area.
What apartment complexes pretty nice it takes dogs up to 60 pounds and has an on-site maintenance team which usually gets things done quite quickly if something goes wrong. The two bedrooms are a little tight but OK kitchens are little small but efficient and the best part is for the area they're pretty inexpensive and close to the beach
