Still waiting for stairs and loose railing on stairs to be fixed. None of the treadmills in gym work. Parking is improving and no one has been towed near my building.

I love that we never have to worry about repairs. The maintenance staff is incredible as are the sales team in the office Besides, all of that, the landscaping is beautiful. I am proud to live in this community

Great complex - been here for 4 years now, friendly staff, beautiful pool, keep grounds clean - I feel the kitchen appliances could be upgraded to stainless steel for the price of rent.

The staff is always super helpful. I drop in from time to time just to chat. I love living here. A very safe, friendly community. The grounds are so peaceful and well maintained. Sitting out on our patio is all the R&R I need.

Staff and community is great. Love the events that are held monthly. The food trucks are awesome. The only negative thing is the windows need to be updated as they do not stay open.

Parking is the only issue. Never seems to be a spot close to the apartment so I’m always parking far. I get home late so it’s sometimes uncomfortable walking all that in the dark carrying my laptop and other items

Excellent location, layout of the apartment is convenient, amenities are as expected except the golf course is discounted to residents I wish the cart rentals were discounted and the green fees were free as a perk to living in the middle of the golf course (but I really can’t complain). Otherwise, the community is VERY like INCREDIBLY clean, (almost) daily valet trash service and roaming trash pickup around the neighborhood during the day by groundskeepers is really nice. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful and a lot of shade trees.

Been here over 3 years…moved from one unit to another, and love it even more than my first one. Staff is great, maintenance requests are done timely. They always have events going on which is nice. You pay a lot of $$ to live somewhere so nice they give back a bit!

The increases on rent have been astronomical. Every unit is treated differently on the increase. Property need updates lights broken, mailbox areas damaged, huge pot hole at entrance.

Spacious apartment, maintenance is efficient, very dog friendly, love the walking path, food trucks and community events. Would like better appliances and better insulation, I hear the neighbors above and the garage next door, as our bedroom wall is shared with the neighbors garage.

Place is nice just Appliances need updating and Windows need to be replaced they don’t stay open or some don’t open. Haven’t been to the gym bc I don’t know where it is located would’ve been nice to get a map of the complex when moved in. Love the food trucks weekly nice touch to the complex.
