When I first moved in my apartment was not cleaned properly and I was tasked with cleaning and removing previous resident hair from ungodly places but I have settled and I love the complex so much I love the atmosphere. Everything is so wonderful here at The Ponite Brodie Creek! The atmosphere is beautiful and the amenities are terrific. Our apartment is very cozy, quiet, and has a beautiful view out the back porch area. Our 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment is spacious, and so great for our family of 4! We have a variety of ages from 20-75 years old, and we all have many things we love about living here!

We have been living here for 4 months and so far its not bad. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The neighbors are all nice and quiet. I do not like that trash gets piled up during the weekend, I’m not sure if it’s a lack of dumpsters or the people. I also don’t like that a lot of people do not pick up the poop after their pets or that the gate is always broken. Overall, it’s not bad living here.

These apartments would be great if it weren’t for the terrible neighbors throughout the community. Rent prices have dropped significantly on their website and I consider that a red flag. Loud parties going on and obnoxious neighbors who are inconsiderate about noise levels. Courtesy officer can never be reached and nothing is addressed when complaints are made. The walls are so thin as it is, so having to deal with excess noise really effects ones quality of life here. On a positive note, the apartment grounds are beautiful, amenities are nice, and maintenance staff are quick to respond. Although neighbors suck wherever you live, I’d consider another complex or even a rent house instead.

It’s Been a bit of a struggle for this community to be considered “ home “ . It is improving but there’s still a couple hiccups from the crazy amounts of dog poop in every lawn to the overflowing garbage almost every weekend. It just seems like there’s a lack of communication between the teams here a brodie pointe.

It is very unfortunate that all of our residents do not pick up behind their animals as required. We hope to begin a new program soon that may alleviate some of this issue. Also, we do have dumpster service on Saturdays, but unfortunately they do not always come by and weekends are the busiest for trash due to cleaning, move ins, and move outs. We are sorry for any inconveniences and feel free to contact us Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm, regarding trash to be removed from the property.
We constantly enjoy the serenity and comfort of our apartment home! It always feels nice to come home to such a beautiful and well landscaped community. We don’t enjoy the random bugs that manage to come inside but other than that, it’s all good!

Great apartment, the facilities in the community is amazing! The Apartments itself are spacious and comfortable and homey ! Only thing I would like updated is the parking! The parking lines are not really visible and if a home could have one assigned parking in front of the building it would be perfect.

Since day 1 the experience here as been amazing!! Move in day we got to enjoy a great whiskey tasting for the residents. Trae was awesome and everyone at the office has been really nice. Can’t wait to enjoy all the great amenities!!

I have been the living in “The pointe Brodie Creek” for the past 3 months , and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I love the modern design and spacious layout. The apartment is well-maintained, with high-quality fixtures and a stylish finish that made it feel like home right away. The kitchen is a standout feature, equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, making cooking a joy. The living area is bright and airy, thanks to the large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. I have found my “home away from home”!

Been here almost 2 years and still no complaints on anything! All the amenities I use (gym, pool, club house) have been exceptional. The staff have been nothing short but friendly and helpful to me and all my facilities request are promptly resolved.

The apartment itself is beautiful & spacious, maintenance is great. The cons of living here are simply the noise due to constant landscaping (I assume Just due to the size of the complex), and the dogs in our complex are neglected and bark all hours every day & night. Another con would be the cost at this point, our rent went up 22% this year, which is considered to be higher than any other cities/states in the US.
