My apartment flooded due to leak from unit above,called maintenance guy, he came saw and left,without cleaning up. Btw i told them i have a baby.Management are the worse even in corporate,i raised my concerns they said there's nothing they can do about it.

Customer service is non-existent. Keisha at the front desk is no help at all, she stares at her phone while I'm literally in her face talking to her. And then she doesn't know the answer to any questions I don't even know why she works there. They're nice when you're trying to move there but then once you become a resident there's no one to help you. I send emails every day and no one ever gets back to me this place is horrible it's not renovated and there's literally no customer service. Run. DO NOT move here!!!

I’m not sure how this community got five stars but I’ve been living here for a year and I’ve been dealing with Rodents the community does nothing but send pest control out they put down glue traps and that’s their solution they need to get professionals out here to see why me and my neighbors are dealing with rodents. With the amount of money that we pay we should not be dealing with this issue. Also ignore the renovated sign these apartments are not renovated they just smack down some vinyl floors and say renovated to up charge to rent.
Broken front door lock (over 2 yrs) that was never fixed properly. Broken gate arms at entrance which led to residents letting unknown people into the complex. Cars being tampered with and several residents selling drugs in broad daylight. I carried mace with me when walking my dog.
Pictures on website are very misleading. This complex is nothing like their website pics and description. Don’t move here!!!
Management is unprofessional not honest. Too many maintenance issues water problems , gate entrance broken, loud neighbors, vandalism and theft Issues. Safety is a big concern area is not lit up enough. Don't let these fake reviews fools you This place is a mess many quality residents are moving out. Front office staff are rude only a select few are nice. You're better off looking elsewhere.They only want your money but don't care about your daily concerns for living there. Many residents are moving out and breaking leases because of dissatisfaction of poor customer service.
If I could give this place -10 stars I would. Where do I begin? THE ROACHES ARE SO BIG AND EVERYWHERE. No matter how many times pest control comes out or how clean you keep your house. They don't fix anything. I moved in August and I've been ready to move out since September. Did I mention MOLD? Yes, they don't care to fix that either. Once, the get your money then it's whatever with you. Save yourself the headache and don't move here.

In the process of these noisy ongoing renovations I'm hoping this will finally include other things that have been a problem for awhile. I would feel more safe if the gate wasn't broken more than it actually is working. Lack of pest control even though we pay for it every month keep your bug spray nearby! Noisy pipes and thin walls I can hear the neighbors. Broken equipment in the gym and recently the broken gym door can't go in after office hours even though it's suppose to be 24 hours. Tried to keep it short but I'm glad I don't pay as much as new residents since I've been here so long hopefully it gets better!

Hi, we truly appreciate your honest feedback. We were excited to announce the new exterior project to enhance the appearance of the community to match the newly renovated apartments. We definitely understand that the exterior renovations would be a bit noisy and ensured that each building was notified of the time frame to expect for the pressure washing, wood work and painting of their building. I hope you like the new look! We apologize for the recent activity with the gates. If a resident does not utilize their key card or a guest cannot reach the resident they are trying to call from the guest box, we find that cars take the liberty of tailgating other cars into the community. This normally results in the arm of the gate coming down on the tailgating car which causes the gates system to jam. If on-site maintenance is successful in resetting the gate system, we close the gate the same day. If not, we unfortunately have to request a service call from our vendor and determine the repairs needed to get the gate functioning properly again. Pest control is available to you on Wednesdays on a monthly basis. Please contact the office if you would like to be put on the pest control list. The fitness center door is awaiting a part that was difficult for the vendor to find because the original equipment is older. We decided not to repair the weight machines as we will be installing all new fitness equipment with will include a yoga room as well in the fitness center. Please bear with us during this transition. I promise that our residents will love the finished product. Thank you for your patience!
PRO: Good clean community, close to things, easy to access the interstate, quiet, at least one gate is broken at any given time so you don't have to sit around and wait for a gate to open to get in or out, parking. CON: Sits on a VERY busy road in the rush hour times (you can't turn left at these times), they painted things right before we moved in so we had to avoid touching the counter tops, bugs everywhere (needed to buy bug killer, that worked), fitness center is extremely lacking, office workers aren't the best, pretty sure they never primed the walls before painting as paint just kinda peels off, walls are mega-thin (currently listening to someone coughing below me), water bills are too high, at least one of the three gates are broken at any given time, the speed bumps are going to destroy my car, pipes clog way easier than they should, found random screws laying around when we moved in. For what we're paying (2 people for $800 a month) I can't let the cons be too overtaking.
I enjoy living at the Pointe at Canyon Ridge. It is conveniently located to shops, my job and the interstate.
I love living at this community it's peaceful and the neighbors friendly and nice. The community as lots of trees but it's not woodsy and dark, the apartments are big with lots of windows. The rent is reasonable and the staff is always helpful
My apartment is very peaceful and clean. It's not the best I'v ever seen but it's definitely a comfortable community to live. Our neighbors are very kind and outgoing. We have two pools & tennis courts that are always clean and never overcrowded.
We have been living at the Pointe at Canyon Ridge for a little over 2 years and we love it. The apartments are nice and spacious with lots of windows so the apartments looks more open up.The rent is reasonable for the area, the community is quiet and clean the staff are friendly. If you have an maintenance request they come out quickly and fix it. In the summer the leasing office have a big pool party at the main pool for all the residences. Great community
I was looking for a deal on a 1 br, with criteria of a woody community, with a fully-equiped gym & large pool, lots of closet space, windows & bright light, & a lovely patio. The Trade Street Management is on top of their game. Whevever I put in a service request it's promptly replied. The neighbors are all friendly & kind and not pretentious. Wonderful community. Certainly a place to move too. CON- you are on exit 6 at the intersection of Northridge and Roswell, and could deal with crazy heavy traffic on Roswell or 400.
