In general it is a good place to live. The apartments are sorely in need of some outside space like a balcony. So that's a big letdown. The air filters are not changed automatically, you have to call for them to do it. The water never gets hot enough for a bath so the bigger tub is pretty useless. I've come around on the Luxer system, I know it is not easy to have something relatively secure that works. Not being able to have a central place to bring my larger trash is not ideal. Sometimes I have things to get rid of that are big or I have a lot more trash than a bag or two. Overall it is just ok.

When we first moved in, we experienced a few maintenance issues. The complex was great dealing with our frustrations and understanding the inconvenience. Since then, we’ve had no issues and enjoyed our time. The amenities are great and we have enjoyed the pool and grill areas.

I love living at the Pointe at Concord , The staff is professional and courteous, the maintenance staff is prompt and the neighbors all are nice. The only thing that needs improvement is pet owners should pick up after their dogs [waste] so that everyone can enjoy the entire property, including the grassy areas.

Good place to live. First lease I was traveling every week so weekends it was nice. Now it’s just quiet and relaxing. It would be nice if people would pick up after their dogs because I feel like I can’t enjoy the grass at all.

Nice place to stay. The rent is a little higher than I would like but overall I enjoy staying here. They charge for a valet trash service that can be hit or niss at times.

Love my 2 bedroom apartment! It is super spacious inside. The maintenance team always is quick with completing any repairs I may need. My dog likes going to the pet park!

I really love it here, everything feels modern, down to the rent and rewards systems, there's always community events or surveys to get a better idea of the people within the community. The amenities are kept up with and clean, the apartments themselves are very nice as well

Staff very friendly and helpful. But the hallways are messy at times. Parking can be a hassle late in the evening. I know you can apply for a parking space but expensive.

I just renewed my lease. It’s honestly not what I wanted to do but I am physically unable to move right now. First of all when I needed a handicap parking space they claimed they were unable to provide one. The compromise was to have me park across from my building in a reserved parking spot. It’s against the law for this to happen. Then the dog park which is why we picked this building to be close to the dog park because I can’t walk far was moved. Even though we had three pages of people sign a petition to keep it there. Supposed to have a maintenance building put up. Never happened just another lie from management.

Have really enjoyed living here so far. I am coming up on a year and it has been an amazing experience. Mostly quiet and very clean. Valet trash is a life saver and the newer appliances really elevate the space. Not many complaints!

I signed another years lease, I love this community! The only complaint that I have are that the gates are always broken. Unfortunately, that’s one of the downsides of living in an apartment.

i love the complex itself and theresidents are very nice , however a few residents dont clean up after their pets which is disappointing, and some neighbors dont follow the trash rules, they just dont care, but the maintenance staff is gtreat with cleaning up the grounds

We were told we were the ground floor, turns out we weren't. Switched to a ground floor apartment but had to go from a 1 bedroom to a 2 (so paying more) then told we could leave boxes in the apartment, only to drive an hour to find out we had 5 minutes to unload our cars into the apartment. Apartment was although so dirty. So disappointed and staff isn't really helping us at this point. In fact, no we can't move any boxes in until the next day. My husband took work off of this and now we're playing the waiting game on a nasty, dirty apartment. I can express how much I regret picking this place and we haven't even officially moved in yet.

We love it here. The people that work here are very nice and helpful. Love the quietness. It is very close to 85 which is helpful. The pool parties and taco night was a nice addition.

Potential here if things change. Neighbors stink, they’re loud and obnoxious. Nobody respects the noise ordinance. Pool is barely there, way too small for the amount of residents there are. Build another. Shouldn’t have to pay the utilities of amenities I do not use. Because they stink, too. The gym, needs more floor space to exercise so I don’t have to bother my downstairs neighbors with exercise noise. Walls are so thin. Hear everything. Gates never worked. Cheap paint on walls.

the apartments itself is really nice and spacious. Staff is caring and they respond to maintenance requests very fast. I only wish there were balconies. The only thing NEGATIVE I have to say is most of the residents who own pets do not pick up after their anima.ls even though waste bags are provided. It draws flies and make the grounds smell really bad

Everything is ok with the apartment and people just wish we had place to park the is no parking my wife and daughter have to park at the office and wish people would obey the dog leash rule and pick up after their pet if you can’t clean up after them then they shouldn’t have any and we obey the rules wish other dogs owners would do the same parking and people inside the gate are also not I force and should be we pay a lot not to be able to have a place without walk from the office to apartment

Moved in during November and don’t have a single complaint! Our neighbors are lovely, the apartment is so nice and cozy. It instantly felt like home and we couldn’t be happier. The people at the front office are so sweet, and help without question. Love it here!

This place is incredible, it's relatively affordable as far as rent goes, and the events make it all the better. They have small events for you to partake in, the amenities are also nice.

We have just moved in and everything is Great ! The staff and residents that we have met are so friendly and helpful! The grounds are very clean and the apartment is very nice and spacious!

it's a great place to live we love ut here and we love that there is a dog park for our pup and a gym we can go to and the people here are great
