These people are theives!!!! I sent them money for app fee and deposit, my plans fell through. They said they would refund the deposit, that I would get a paper check in 2-4 weeks, well it has been 6 weeks now and nothing, when I call they give me the run around. Do not trust thaes people at any costs!!!!
My fiancé have lived here for three years and we love it here! They host parties at the Club house often and they are truly amazing. They have food, alcoholic beverages and games!! Also the staff is amazing!!!
I’ve been living at the pointe for a year and just resigned my lease. I love it here. It’s quiet, well kept and up to date. Staff is always friendly and helpful! Host fun events all the time!

The staff are amazing and they know pretty much all the residents by name. The property is always nice and clean. And they address problem was soon as they come up. I NEVER experienced such helpful staff at any other place I’ve lived. I ???? The Pointe Conway!!!
I’ve been living at The Pointe for almost two months now and I love it. The gym, pool, and free tanning are all such great amenities. The fact that it is gated also makes me feel very safe. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. All maintenance requests are handled very quickly as well. My air conditioning went out from a minor malfunction, so I called the emergency maintenance number and they were at my apartment within 20 minutes even thought it was almost 9pm. If you are looking for a quiet, nice place to live in Conway, The Pointe is the place to rent at.
Parking is HORRIBLE. Cable television is HORRIBLE. WiFi never works. There are always dogs barking. There is never enough hot water for all 3 of us to shower. Do not move in here. I wouldn’t want to if I was paid to. It’s all around HORRIBLE. Yes, it looks nice but looks are very deceiving. I can’t wait until our lease is up.
I lived at the Pointe in Conway for over two years. There is generally pet waste all over the grounds Good luck finding a parking spot anywhere near your building in the evening. Tenants have started parking in front of the leasing office at night due to a lack of parking. The appliances are refurbished rather than replaced. The previous manager stated that more handicap spaces were scheduled when I moved in. Years later,there are 1-2 other handicap persons in our building, whom also have requested additional handicap spaces because there is currently only 1 handicap space per building. The new manager states that they are already in compliance for handicap spaces. When I attempting to give 1 month notice to vacate due to a lay-off, management told me that I needed to submit 2 months’ rent with a notice to vacate. Or, she would not accept my notice because "termination is expensive and those are the rules. And you can move if you want, I can’t tell you not to. But, we will come after you for the fees & remaining lease until we find a new tenant, & you will end up in court to pay the balance.” This is how they treat good tenants with a great record of timely payments. The new management is more interested in setting a precedence for taking a tough stand against residents rather than providing any resemblance of a high standard of service to them.
The children play between the buildings and breeze ways for lack of a playground, and have stolen the wreaths off my door and move my door mat, multiple times; not to mention the noise they keep. But, management refuses to do anything about it, sighting that "children have the right to enjoy the property as much as anyone else." Last I checked, children don't pay rent. Maintenance tickets are opened, then closed when the repair is not fixed. The furnace, thermostat, blinds, oven, and laundry room have needed repair the entire time here. This Spring, someone regurgitated in the parking lot right in front of the building and it stayed there for almost 2 months before the rain washed most of it away. There is generally pet waste all over the grounds and sidewalks, trash and rubbish blow throughout the breeze ways; the grounds are in need of repair, while the infrequent landscapers blow the trash and debris onto the breezeways, sidewalks, door ways and private patios. The grounds and the property is quickly depreciating. Save your time, money and peace of mind. Because the current staff could care less about the tenants here. It's not the absolute worst place I've lived, but it is very close. New management is a far cry from the previous team.
Renter Beware! We lived at “The Pointe!” in Conway Arkansas for two years and payed over $20,000 in rent. The landscaping and grass look terrible for a complex that charges this much. When a tree or shrub dies they just chop it down leaving the stump instead of replacing it like it should be. They close the pool for months at a time during the summer season. They literally had the gates to the pool chained up. I had family over from out of state so we went over to the recreational area with an outdoor fireplace and chairs while the pool was closed during the summer. It was so embarrassing because there was dirt and leaves all over near the fireplace. Since management changed most recently they keep the workout room at 74 degrees with the fans off. Most of the workout equipment is worn out. I’m guessing it’s all the same equipment thats been there since they opened in 2010… Gates are not reliable and stop working. Parking is the worst! Especially if another resident is having a party. A few nights there was not one empty parking space and I had to park my car outside the gate on the street. I contacted the complex to find out what day we were to move out. Thank goodness I did because they require you to send a letter to them stating you are moving out. They require you to do this a month and half before your lease is up. No idea what happens if you don’t do that in time. The leasing officer told me that I had to be moved out by the 5th of June. I turned all of my keys in on the 5th. I asked about my deposit and was told to call back for it in 10 days. I went by the pointe after 10 days to check on it. They said we had to pay for rent from the 1-5 of the month which amounted to $128 after she told me to be moved out on the 5th. This was our mistake because we did not look at our lease. However I do feel as though I was scammed into believing I was to move out on the 5th. We had paid a $225 deposit. On top of that there was $70 application fee and what they call a $50 admin fee for a total of $345 when we moved in. They kept our security deposit and made us pay $62 more. They charged our deposit $85 for “maid cleaning”, $50 for “Carpet Cleaning”, $10 for a “technology bundle” & $3 for “Water, Sewer, and Trash”. What bothers me is not the fact that this is a lot of money because it is not. We paid our rent on time each month for two years and we left the apartment in great condition and this is how were treated.
Nice place to live we have only been here a short time however, my we have been visiting family here for a few years. Very pleased with this place if any problem or concern ever arises the management is quick to respond and correct. The monthly community activities are really nice and fun. A good way to meet your neighbors. the pool area is a plus love spending the day swimming, visiting, and cooking.
This is advertised as a luxury apartment complex. It is not. Critical appliances will not work such as air conditioner, dishwasher, etc. They will come and "fix" them but they will still not work or either will work for a couple of days only. Then you will have to start the work request process again and the cycle will continue. The staff will turn 3-4 times per year, this means that any discussions, documents or agreements made when you moved in will not be applicable when you move out unless you have a copy of everything agreed upon. DO NOT trust anything the staff tells you. GET IT IN WRITING!!!. or it will cost you later. The apartment will not be clean on your move in date but when you move out they will charge you $95 for carpet cleaning and another $45 "general" cleaning fee. There will be cracks in the showers, toilets and possibly other dings on the walls. They will tell you that's not an issue and not to worry about it. If you do not make sure it is documented somewhere on your contract and keep a copy of it, they will charge you for every ding and crack that was present when you moved in. To avoid a terrible renting experience you should probably find another housing option. This place is terrible. noisy, loud neighbors and dirty.
This apartment is perfect for anyone looking for luxury without the expensive price tag! The units are huge, the amenities are amazing, the views from each building are spectacular, the parking is hassle-free, it's less than 10 minutes away from great restaurants, shopping, and lots of entertainment, and the staff could not be better. Some days, they take the time to hand out refreshments to the residents leaving for work in the morning and they frequently host events in the clubhouse to make the community actually feel like a family!
Nothing works and no one picks up poo. I don't like it and neither will you. If you want to rent in this city just rent a house.
When I first moved in I would have rated it at 3 stars, but now this place is falling apart. It's been struck by lightning twice, ruining my electric sofa. The wifi constantly goes out and in the middle of summer the air conditioning went out.
