We've been here 3 months, yet, it seems longer, in a great way! Everyone, from the leasing office staff to maintenance, are awesome! If you need a repair, or just have a question, the results are quickly achieved! The noise level is almost nonexistent. So glad we moved here!

This is very nice quiet neighborhood with up to date appliances... Walking distance to shopping and food... Great place
I’ve been living here for 4 months, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. The location is fantastic—close to the New Town area, which makes commuting and running errands very convenient. For example, the apartment offers gym and pool, which I’ve found very useful. The gym is well-maintained, and the pool area is a great spot to relax. Additionally, the maintenance requests I’ve had were addressed quickly and efficiently. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Moreover, the apartment building feels very secure, and I haven’t experienced any noise issues from neighbors, which has been a relief.

I do love living here. The location is the best feature. There are some things that I wish I had and that is a coat closet and it would be nice if there was a 3rd bedroom option. My dogs would love a yard but that’s another location but as far as what The Pointe at Newtown offers I don’t have many complaints and have great neighbors.

Great apartment! It's a quiet place. The only inconvenience is the trash collection (Valet Living). I wish I could throw the trash out anytime instead of paying people to collect it daily at specific times.

Great community, pretty low key, not very loud (depending on neighbors), short walk to several restaurants and shops. Safe and quiet area. Staff is very friendly, maintenance is efficient and friendly.

The Pointe at New Town has been my home for a year and a half now I really like it. The entire team of employees from the office and maintenance have always been very helpful and attentive to any concerns that I’ve had and dedicate themselves professionally to all the tenants needs. Most importantly, they go out of their way to provide us with amenities and community, based gatherings and forms of communication and the sense of belonging. They’re easy to talk to and are quick to address. Any issues that you may have in my experience can’t recommend them enough.

I love how they bring the residents together by doing events. It makes the experience here much more than just a rental. I adore the staff. They are friendly, funny, and so helpful. They make sure the area is clean and upkept. Love that The Pointe is dog friendly. I wish there was an enclosed dog part because that would make living here easier. The gym and office area are clean and easy to use. Maintenance is friendly, understanding, and fast to respond.

Moved in recently from far away. Management is responsive, fast, and courteous. Did not hesitate to help with packages and other move in logistics. Maintenance staff is equally good and puts the resident's convenience first. Well done.
