I went to tour the townhome on Tuesday May 09, 2023. The price had gone up by Wednesday. But I kept checking because I really like the unit, I submitted my application yesterday for unit 1732 for move-in July 10th. I got a call this morning from Sophia, I believe that is her name asking for another pay stub, because my offer letter did not have a start date. I am currently moving from a contract position to a permanent position. My gross income is 3x times the rent as a contract employee. Later this afternoon, I check their website and it said my application was denied. I have not received any verbal or written communication explaining that I was denied and why. I proceed to call the office twice trying to get an answer and I was told someone would call back me. What really annoys me is, I check the website again after they closed and the unit, I applied for is showing available. They never ran my credit, so I know I wasn't denied for that. Professionalism and Customer service is essential to any business, and you just don't people money and not communicate. If I was denial for a legit reason, I deserve to know in writing and verbally because it is good business ethics.

Extremely poor!!! When I visited for viewing the apartment, even though the apartment was empty for months, the staff had shown a 'show flat' and completely rejected my multiple requests to allow me to see the apartment that I had booked. They finally gave me the key 2 days before rental start date. I was absolutely SHOCKED seeing the apartment, it had never been maintained, all the items were rusted, dirty with pests. When I opened the attic door, it was horrible, and I could not go there due to heath hazards. I complained to staff and she was extremely cool, asking me to movein like that and she will try to arrange maintenance team to visit if few weeks. I decided to stay in Hotel and withdrew my application. They are supposed to refund my application fees as well because they were selling an apartment which was not ready!!! I urge anyone renting at this property to be extremely careful before deciding to rent. I would say I am lucky to have withdrew before moving in even though I had to spend hefty amount for Hotel stay till I found another one! I wish I could attach the pics of the apartment here.

We have been here for 5 years + and every year which I have I have add issues with my A/C unit. They don't fix it - the Freon charge and move on. I opened a service request on Mar 15th 2021 but they yet to service the unit. Today's high is 83 degrees and its 80 degrees in my apartment. It is now Mar 27th 2021 - low and behold, it hasn't been fixed. This is by far the worse place I have every lived in and the minute I can split from this place will be the best thing I have done in 5 years. Ref #247-1 (in Aug 2018) Ref #403-1 (in Aug 2018) Ref #1466-1 Feb (2019) Ref #1690-1 (Mar 2019) Ref #2343-1 (May 2019) Ref #3779-1 (Nov 2020) Ref #4956-1 (Aug 2020) Ref #4979-1 (Aug 2020) Ref #6393-1 (Mar 2021) Ref #6394-1 (Mar 2021) Do you see the pattern? I do. If you "fix" this issue - please be prepared to return to my location in May & November to "fix" the unit. I would prefer to have this fixed indefinitely! If you're here for a review * Outside - there's bugs everywhere through the breezeway. On the walls, ceiling, staircases, external light and rails. They pressure wash it ONCE a year. * There's tons of vehicles which do not run in front of buildings, forcing vehicles that do run to park one building over * Poor exterior lighting at night (if you like feeling unsafe while traversing through the property at night. Although I believe they added a few (which they now charge for; yes you will be charged for the external lighting) * Trash service (which you are charged for regardless if you use it or not) which was not optional. * Fee's everywhere - you will be slapped with fees every where. (see above) and then some - please ask about all of them and their entirety. Some of them were implemented over time but add up. Interior - * Just renovated - was done in a hurry so you can see issues with the paint, cabinets and kitchen surfaces. * The "paint" sprayed on the bathtub lifts, chips and end up and clogging the drain over time. * The electrical plugs are upside down and do not seat your electronics securely (any slight tap will knock them out) unless the electronic device has a ground plug (3 pins vs 2) * The carpet lifts over time and squeaks as you walk Amenities - * A pool - cool I guess? * A gym - just renovated? I think its open(who knows) * Dog area - theres rocks and sharp objects in it * Kids play area - cool I guess, if you trust that its not fenced so nothing is stopping your kid from the steep drop to the street below I am not impressed.

I have lived here since September 2017 it has been the worst experience in any apartment complex I’ve ever experienced in my entire adult life. I have on the first day experience both toilet flooding my water heater flooding black mold more spiders than I’ve ever seen anywhere roaches roaches and more and more roaches there have been three different managers and neither have been good the assistant manager is the only person who understands the necessity of customer service this is the worst apartment ever never never never move here it would be the worst mistake you’ve ever made in your entire life oh my stove doesn’t work currently I have a light that has been blown in my kitchen for over three weeks my toilets do not flush currently every morning and prior to them changing out the old black disgusting countertops with newer granite I couldn’t even see the roach droppings they were all over my counter because they kept coming back they don’t help they don’t care and I don’t believe they ever will. As a management company customer service is everything and once you guys read this you should understand half of the reason why you could not obtain the necessary rent for the area you’re located in is because you have terrible customer service.

If you are searching for a pet friendly, perfectly located, family oriented, with lovely amenities Apartment this is your place. I’m renewing my lease for another year because new management has transformed this property. I have such a beautiful Renovated apartment now that I’m excited to stay in. Shanta in the office has been a God Sent to this property and Michael has done everything he can to bring this property back to its full potential. Shanta really listened and addressed what tenants needed and has accomplished so much here. Thank you both for transforming this place into such a wonderful place to live again!

Worst customer service and a very old community. We suffocated more than 4 days without air conditioning. This is just one of them. They never fix any of service requests. One of my service requested was opened 3 months ago and it is still open. So I would suggest don't stay here even though it is a little cheaper. I want to give 0 stars if it is available.

I currently live in this neighborhood. This will be my second year living here with my family and I really wish we would have decided not to renew our lease. We didn't feel like moving again but after thinking back on that decision, I would move in a heart beat after dealing with the countless issues. I would NOT recommend this community to anyone I cared about. The bugs are endless (spiders, roaches and ants) and there's no way to get rid of them. We have had exterminators out to our place many times and the bugs still return. I'm embarrassed when friends and family comes over for dinner and they see a roach scurry across our clean dining room table or on the kitchen floors/counters. Its just really gross and it doesn't matter how clean you keep your home. The buildings are also old and you can tell when you walk in and see how poorly to apartments are kept. Our ceilings are covered with paint spots where they have painted over water damage, the walls are cracking and random parts of the apartment smells moldy. Overall I would say that the office staff is very kind but these living conditions are not worth it. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe but again, the apartment itself is horrible!
Lethargic approach when it comes to refund. Have been following up for the refund of blinds & 1 day's rent(excess charge). Though I got back the refund for the blinds but so far no update on the pending refund even after 9Months.
Met the new manager today, she was very jovial. Our satisfaction seems important to her! Looking forward to the change!
Ups: Close to malls and shopping and hotels. Low crime rates. Good schools. Downs: Frequent changes in management. Old apartments. Unexpected water outages. Not gated. Rents going up.
We are, and have been, very happy living here. Any issues (which have been very few and far in between) have always been handled quickly and respectively. Things have been very hard for us,but we continue to pray and make it.
I love the leasing office staff and the service team, they friendly all the time, they offer the best customer service, they take the time to know the residents, Alex the assistant manager is so profesional and polite, great attitude. Jamie the supervisor, works all the time, weekends, after hours, holidays, he knows every single resident by first name! They are absolutely amazing, I love my community and not planning to move out any time I love the leasing office staff and the service team, they friendly all the time, they offer the best customer service, they take the time to know the residents, Alex the assistant manager is so profesional and polite, great attitude. these apartments are about 30 years old.They renovate the vacant apartments & jack up the rent so not worth it. The best thing is it's on the marta bus line, close to north point mall, all the great shopping & dining areas. Ms Alex the assist property mgr is awesome!
It is extremely quiet here. The office and maintenance crew are professional. Repairs reported to the office are completed with a sense of urgency. They have remodeled the pool and the playground. Love this place and would recommend it to anyone with a family.
What a great place for anyone who wants to live in the suburbs surrounded by great stores and restaurants!! The positive staff strives their best to support each resident. They have maintained their infrastructure over the past couple of decades to continue in being categorized as a luxury style apartments. The very spacious environment puts residents in surroundings of nature within close distance of bike/walking trails and other outdoor recreational areas. These apartments are also close to the local schools and work areas within the wonderful town.
Although recently renovated some of these apartments but the surroundings are having large trees and bushes. Cleaning is poor, and there are incidents of reptiles (snakes, earth reptiles and spiders) inside the apartments and outside in the woods. When it rains, patios are flooded with water so you can't use them for a regular stuff storage or sitting outside. This is because there is no solid roof shelter. The management is cooperative but this doesn't help with the living conditions. You have to dump garbage to the main disposal area and there is no pickup available (although charged monthly amount).
No Maintenance and disturbance between off hours . They will not care about you and you also don't care about them
