When I selected TPSR I was excited. Now that I have lived here for the last six months my excitment has not been in vain. This is a safe, clean and happy enviroment. The vibe here is awesome. As with anything we do, changes and adjustments will happen. However, the staff and residents here make those adjustments fun and comfortable. TPSR is a great place to live!!!!

This is probably the best apartment complex I’ve ever had lived at! The neighbors are so warm and pleasant and the staff is best in the world I love on the way they treat me!! I am so Thrilled On living here! When I first moved here I was welcomed very warmly’! I hope can be a resident for a long time!! My other Apartments I ever lived at not even come close !! My parents have lived here less than a year - while it’s a beautiful complex, there are many roach and mice issues that the ownership seems to be unphased by. They have spoken to several residents with issues so this is not an isolated incident. Proceed with caution.

I do enjoyed the amenities.. it’s so helpful having an elevator and ac in the hallways and trash pickup. Plus all the kindness got from residents and staff.. it’s nice living here. With my Anxiety it’s hard to Participate but it’s there are Activities for everyone.

At the pointe, I have made new friends. We play poker, left, right, center and other great games. The men get together and we plan outings like miniature golf, Gatorade and bowling. We have had BBQs by the poolside. It's been great. Many activities have been planned by our activities coordinator Emily. It's been a great experience.

I love living here the atmosphere is wonderful the tenants are great the staff does a excellent job just concerned about the many False fire alarms.

From the manager & management staff to the maintenance staff, everyone has been pleasant and helpful. Anytime I have requested a work order, the request has always been fulfilled within one day.

Overall staff and maintenance personnel are very pleasant to talk to.

My mother and I are extremely satisfied with living at The Pointe. The staff is very professional warm and respond to any concerns you have expeditiously they are easy to talk to and even when they’re busy, they will make time to hear your concerns. I would recommend The Pointe to anyone that needs a break from life and want to living conditions in peace with a community of people that are loving, considerate and always helpful in time of need .

I am quite happy, and content moving here was the best decision I could have ever made. I have truly met some amazing people here but I can now call my friends. For me, that’s amazing most time I call People associates but here at sienna Ridge they are truly warm and giving people who make this living experience. Amazing the staff here is on point and do their job professionally with no hesitation nothing that you asked of them do they drag their feet, they take care of problems expeditiously I love living here
