We have truly LOVED living here for the past year! It’s a very safe place to live in LR. The apartment complex feels more like a high end condominium, so I really hate labeling it an “apartment”, because it’s so much more than just that! Everyone that visits us is amazed at how nice they are. The clubhouse is one of our favorite places to be, and we frequent it daily! The coffee bar and the many cozy places to sit and relax with your cup of coffee is just wonderful. Maintenance staff are top notch, and are quick to help with any requests we have. The property is so beautiful with its landscaping and blooming trees! My daily walks around the complex are so enjoyable. I do love the fitness center as well, and the brand new treadmills are awesome, but when the weather permits, walking outside at Brodie Creek is my favorite thing to do! We also love the gas grilling area with the fire pit. All I can say is, it’s the nicest “apartment” complex we’ve ever lived at!!!
Outstanding staff, and a perfect blend of safety yet with a great community feel. There are so many amenities to keep you busy or relax, whatever you are looking to do.
I love staying here. I enjoy the festivities that they have for the residents. My favorite is Thursday night happy hour. Excellent amenities and really clean apartment space. Spacious with lots of storage options inside. Definitely my go to location in west little rock.
Not been here long and already feel like we are in a great neighborhood of people! Everyone has been helpful as well as friendly. Apartment living has its plus sides and we are finding them!
Pointe Brodie Creek is a luxury apartment complex with ample amenities and excellent resident services. They promptly respond to any requests. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an affordable luxury living at West Little Rock.
Wonderful community! The management team is excellent and responds immediate any questions or concerns. It’s not a noisy community. Repairs/fixes get handled on time.
We love the amenities our family gets to enjoy even during the cold months. Watching movies, grabbing hot chocolate or coffee, and playing some pool are some of our favs!

Office staff are rude and inconsiderate. They are quick to remind you on 1 day late rent but takes weeks to sometimes get a service order in. Been waiting on my ceiling to be repaired since they had a leak in the apartment above but it’s been nearly over a month

I have no complaints. Any problems i have they come fix it right away! This apartment offers a comfortable and modern living space, with spacious rooms and ample natural light. Enjoying living here—these apartments are beautiful, and the amenities and common areas are always well-maintained. However, the flooring in the buildings looks a bit outdated and could use some attention, as it appears worn and stained. It would be great to see those areas improved to match the overall upkeep of the property.

These apartments are spacious, and really nice in the inside.Only downside is the patchwork in the shower; it molds often. The amenities are awesome but the gym equipment is always broken, especially treadmills. Quiet neighborhood; friendly neighbors.

Now that I have been here 30 days, I can give a review. My move in process was great. India (leasing consultant) was who I worked with. She was very patient and communicated throughout the whole process. Maintenance has been very responsive to my request. My only issue is neighbors are very inconsiderate when it comes to noise. Other than that, I’m loving it here at The Pointe Brodie Creek.
