Great place to live overall. Amazing amenities, including a fabulous pool. Would love to see some Pilates reformers in the workout gym upstairs! Otherwise, very satisfied with living at the Point!

Clubhouse is very nice and the gym is great. I live in the clubhouse and it’s typically quiet and clean! Pool area is exceptional and the Starbucks that is available is a nice touch

Just did our second lease renewal, because we like the community so much. The staff is always friendly and helpful when you need assistance. Top amenities for any apartment complex in the area. If you take advantage of the pool, gym, and golf simulator, then you will certainly get your money’s worth here.

It is a very nice place, I like the fact that the apartments are not outside and the showers are very nice.I also like the fact that there is no carpet in the place making it easy to keep the floor clean.

Great community , the community is extremely quiet and clean. The property manager was extremely helpful before moving in. I definitely give the property 5 stars !
Still like living here though it will be my last year. Price is raising too much and the experience has gone down due to upstairs neighbors stomping around constantly. Amenities and everything else are still really great.

Me and my family love it here. The community events are lovely, the amenities are second to none, my kids love the movie theater and pool, and the entire staff are very professional. The maintenance team is quick to fix any issues you may have and the tenants here are friendly.

I am still enjoying my overall experience at the Pointe. As the new buildings wrap up and are close to being completed, I am interested in if there will be enough space (in regards to the amenities) for all of the new and old residents. My hope is that there is and that more will be built if there is not.
I absolutely love our community here at The Pointe North Hills! I love the ambiance! I love the staff! I love how the new manager Kim is constantly working towards improving the quality of our living environment! I love how friendly, helpful, accommodating, and ambitious Lori is with constantly coming up with great and fresh ideas to make things more community friendly and oriented!

We have been here two days and it has been a fantastic experience. The bathrooms have lots and lots of room. I look forward to enjoying the many amenities these apartments have to offer.
Rental process was soooo smooth. Trey communicated so well. Apartment was sooo nice and just as pictures. No complaints so far. The entire staff was friendly. Love it.
I LOVE living at The Pointe! There are so many amazing things to do and it’s absolutely beautiful. The staff is so friendly and helpful, I recommend this place to all of my friends!
The staff is nice and accessible. There are good amenities. There is unfortunately a lot of dog droppings on the grounds, and things aren’t quite as well maintained as they were when we initially moved here.
Great amenities. The community is unmatched from other complexes. Thirsty Thursdays are a lot of fun and this has been the best year yet in terms of them having themes and yummy snacks!
