Several months in and nothing has changed. Great amenities, much socialization, and Mrs. Tiffany always eager to help find a solution to any situation. She’s been so helpful during my stay. Very grateful
Apartments are nice Staff very helpful and friendly However people need to help keep the community together by picking up the dumpings it’s so easy and takes less than a minute
We have been here for forever and it only gets better. The events the new people the new amenities. Honestly my life has improved in happiness 10 fold
The property is clean, quiet, and well-kept. I appreciate feeling safe here, and the parking situation has been convenient as well. The community amenities are a nice bonus and consistently maintained. The neighbors have been decent, which adds to the overall comfort.
Love it here! The community, the proximity to work and downtown Arkansas, absolutely perfect place to live! My wife and I don’t plan on moving away from here anytime soon!

Everyone has been super helpful. The move in process has been easy. I like that there is staff here 7 days a week at my last apartment there is no staff on the weekends which makes it hard if you work during the week.
Great amenities, caring staff and clean facilities! The maintenance crew is very price and so kind as well! I feel safe with the gates. My townhouse is a great deal for the size and garage! I let all my friends know to come and take a tour!

I am quite pleased with my stay at The Pointe North Hills. I am a 2 year resident and no major complaints come to mind. I appreciate the various options of community activities and services that is offered to participate in WEEKLY!
Compared to other apartments in the area, these are extremely nice, feel very safe, and all residents are extremely nice . The staff are more like family than staff , which is an excellent selling point for younger people and younger families. The only thing that I would change would be access to the Clubhouse coffee machine at 6 AM.!
Beautiful property. Very quiet, which I greatly appreciated. It seemed like some “corners were cut” when building that led to drawer not being able to open whithout dishwasher being opened and the shower would spray out onto floor very easily
The staff is very professional and courteous. The application process was thorough and smooth. The attention to detail was refreshing, organized and complete. It has been quite pleasant.

My family and I have loved being here! The pools are amazing, the landscaping is immaculate, and the employees always listen to our needs. We love the activities that are held, the gym, among other things! Honestly the only things I would change are 1) Getting rid of the music in the Cyber Lounge & Library. Most people who go in there are, like myself, are studying for postgraduate education and it would be awesome if it were silent, like a library should be. 2) Add a playground or something for kids! In the courtyard would be PERFECT or an indoor playground would be next level. It’s basically too hot in the summers and too cold in the winter for an outdoor one anyway. Easier said than done, but there are a lot of families here who sure would appreciate it for sure! Thank you for everything! We have loved living here.
Hey love the events threw out the week. You guys do a great job. Very appreciated with drinks and snacks. The staff are amazing and make you feel welcomed like family.
It's a nice, quiet neighborhood. Great amenities, it's a gated community so it's safe. You're not gonna get bored because there are lots of things to do. The parking space is very spacious, you'll just add a little extra if you want a covered parking spot but I don't mind. The staff are very accommodating, and overall it just feels like home.
Courtney was very helpful and was one of the best leasing agents I’ve had! I would definitely recommend her and the apartment complex as a whole.
So far, move-in has been great! The staff has been absolutely awesome—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I’ve needed. The neighbors have also made me feel so welcome, which really adds to the sense of community here. Everything from the environment to the way things are managed has made the transition smooth and enjoyable. I’m looking forward to settling in even more, getting to know everyone better, and making this a place to call home for a long time. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. Only thing I learned about this community that surprised me is most of the buildings don't have elevators and even the ones that do, you aren't allowed to use them to get moved in. A little surprising. A very nice community. Tons of amenities!

All the events are so fun to attend. Only thing that’s missing a playground for the kids that live here! My kids would love it! We love living here and feel very safe.
Love it here so much! I can’t wait to renew my lease in February. The people are so nice and I love all of the events that are planned around here. The only thing I cannot stand is the dog poop everywhere. It seems as though people do not know how to pick up after there dogs.

This place is amazing. The buildings are very accessible for the people in wheelchairs and those who use walkers. So far, it has been fairly quiet and everything has been kept clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful when we have questions. I would definitely recommend the move here if it is in your price range.

I absolutely love it here. I’ve been here five years strong. The staff is super nice. The festivities are super inviting and allow you to engage more in the community.
The community as whole is great. Just Disappointed with all the dog doo, still not being picked up, all the uncovered water control boxes or whatever they’re called, all the drain holes/pipes not covered. The cover plates for the AC units laying on the ground. All of which are what I see as a safety issue. Not sure it’s a violation of safety as I don’t know the safety protocol here.
