Property Ratings at The Pointe
Since the new staff has been in the office they have been turning the property around. They listen to our concerns and are very professional. The resident events are fun. They are really trying to make us a little community. Really considering renewing now.
They do not care if you have mold in your apartment. They will not and have not taken care of my mold issue that I have been attempting to get fixed since October 18, 2023! It is only getting worse. I will either get a run around comment or get ignored! Just horrible.
Do not move you or your family in to these apartments. It's roach infested and the plumbing is horrible. The tub and toilet stay backed up and it takes weeks or months for them fix it Stay away from them
They are not at all what they advertise. Moldy carpet moldy cabinets, no hardwood floors no ceiling fans no microwaves.
I love the property and the staff very helpful and friendly.
Laundry facilities dont work and they want to build a gym. really capstone? take care of your current residents and what they are paying for rather than adding stuff no one will use. i admit these apts were OKAY at some point but new owners and management ruined it all. we owe a balance and they tell us theres nothing they can do. really? plus the crime is insane my neighbor got broken in to! in daylight!
I highly recommend looking for someplace else to rent ! This place has gone from bad to worse! No adequate laundry facility's , no maintenance, crime, people doing burnouts in the middle of the night, oh and the best one , saying you owe rent money even when you have receipts in hand. This place is not worth the money they ask for ... maybe half ....maybe. Safe yourself a headache and some money and look elsewhere more than a few long term residents here like myself are counting the days we can move out!!!
Started off great in a 2 bed 1 bath. Rent was an okay price. We moved to a 3 bed 2 Bath when i had my son and it went down hill after that. we leased it for a year and the rent increased and the management service decreased. the apartments are very old. when we moved into the 3 bed, the carpets were not cleaned. we had to do that ourselves. although they weren't stained, they were full of dirt and dust. we had to discard the vacuum filter for every room. after a few months the breaker started to spark and after calling them and the FD 5 times, they finally sent the maintenance man out to check it out. so after 3 visits he established that he needed to change the breaker out. that never happened. our carpets were NOT cleaned after promises made by management. we renewed for another 9 months because they were FINALLY going to fix our problems. YEAH RIGHT! On Dec before we renewed again we found out we owed a BIG balance. They still cant give us a reason why that balance is still there. it is now mid June and they have switched management soooo many times. the girls working there are not good at their job they hire secretaries every 3 months. THERE HAS BEEN ASSAULTS, BREAK IN, CAR BREAK INS, AND ROBBERIES AT GUN POINT. this ALL happened to people we personally know. our lease is up Aug 1 and we are so happy to leave. OH! they have 4 laundry rooms AND EVERY SINGLE WASHER IS BROKEN!!!!!!
Arthur Square apartments are an excellent choice to live. The office has professional women working that are quick to help any manner. The apartments are exactly what you need. I just had a newborn and put me in a quiet area. Everything is up to date with new carpet and sinks.
