Well worth the price and location is super convenient off of 78/285. Big shout out to Tamara for easing the process of moving in as well! She does a great job making sure everything is in order as well as the maintenance staff being quick for requests.
Maint issues are NEVER resolved. The techs rarely show up (just close the work order as "completed", takes multiple calls to the office as well as to the "answering service". Haven't had working AC in more than a year (but in our lease it says that we can not open doors and windows to cool, SERIOUSLY!!!???!!!) Car wash has NEVER worked and pool has NEVER been open. Gate ALWAYS open. Trash compactor ALWAYS overflowing & has rats (they raised the trash fee as if that was going to resolve anything LOL) Office staff sends letters with one fee and then tries to charge you a higher one with ZERO written notice. Oh and there was a shooting right behind my unit a few months ago!
The staff is great the price and neighbors are too but the roaches are out of control! Also there’s large rats at the dumpster
The apartments are great and for location and amenities it's even better! Staff was super nice and great! Shoutout to Jamon for helping me out and getting me all together and ready for the move, very nice and professional and diligent. Overall a 10/10 experience! Love it here
I’ve had mold/mildew, roaches, no a/c for months….the maintenance is unprofessional and they take too long to fix the issues. Plus the management changes every 6 months to a year so there’s no proper communication at all
Overall my experience of moving in was good. I am appreciative of Jamon for helping me with my initial move in and any problems that arises. I only give it 4 stars since there was a few problems with my apartment when I first moved in but since Jamon and team helped out with no problem it made the experience better.
My experience with the pointe has been nothing but amazing. Jamon was EXTREMELY helpful and patient when it came to renting an apt. Very flexible and extremely willing to help. Every question I had was answered thoroughly with no rush or attitude at all. My goal was to move out on my own before 2024 and with his help it happened and I could never thank him enough. The apartment complex is beautiful and quiet and the nature is a plus. Everyone in the office was so determined and positive but Jamon made my experience 10x better. Definitely would recommend to friends and family… shoot already recommending to colleagues at work. Ty Jamon for the patience and positive energy you bought.
Tiffany was so helpful in answering all my question and making my move in a smooth as possible! The clubhouse is so nice. The gazebo over the water is just what I love. My husband and I have been here for a little over a year. No one ever answers the phone, they’re never in the office when they say they are, paint started peeling on the bathroom wall a month after moving in, roaches, spiders, gnats, mold painted over in the bathroom, a hole was cut MONTHS ago in the ceiling by the fire department above our bed and we’ve contacted the apartments multiple times to come and patch it up and we were told they don’t do that someone else has to come out so we’ve been sleeping with a hole above our bed, there’s a leak behind the vent causing our carpet to be soaked, front eye on the stove never worked since we moved in.. maintenance claim they came out to fix it and never fixed it, walls are thin.. we always hear every single noise going on upstairs.. not to mention they changed our least to a month-to-month with a 2 weeks notice to pay almost DOUBLE the original lease amount we were paying.. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE. PLEASE spend your coins elsewhere. This is the worst place i’ve EVER lived in. i hate it here!!
We are still residents, but we will be out of here the second our lease expires later this year. The units are pretty nice, but management is absolutely unhelpful and does not do any sort of upkeep. Maintenance, on the other hand, is great, but they’re so pitifully understaffed that there’s often nothing they can do. Here’s the shortlist of our complaints: -Our breezeway has been pitch black for two weeks - it’s a safety hazard. My neighbor has asked multiple times for electrical repair, but still no light. We use cellphones as flashlights and feel our way around. -The gate hasn’t worked since December. This is not a gated community. -The pool and activity center are still closed - I get it when it was for covid, everywhere else they are re-opening. No word yet here. -The mailboxes are old and brittle and get broken into constantly. My neighbor saw a lady with a screwdriver stalking around the mail area (also possibly a consequence of the gates never working). It’s a shame, because the landscaping is so pretty and the layouts are so nice. I wish they could get these issues fixed.

These Apartments are amazing! The staff is very friendly. Monique, the property manager is very attentive and approachable. The property is always clean, no noisy neighbors, and maintenance team is very fast and responsive.

I been living here for 3 months now and l must say l love it so far! I love how the area where my apartment is located is very quiet through all hours of the day and night ! If l need anything with my apartment,I just call the leasing office,if they are busy , l can leave my name and number. The leasing office have gotten back with me in a timely manner. The complex is kept up ,there isn’t trash or litter along streets or grass . Last but not least ,Mrs.Adele was very productive and professional when l had many questions on my arrangements of moving . She gave informational forms that l will to need to look at and followed up with me days between each other. She made me felt welcomed and it was a breeze to finished the process with her .Great job and thank you guys !
I have lived at the pointe Apartments eight months, in that time they have fixed or tried to fix very low. Case in point sink was leaking they fixed the sink is still leaking dishwasher has never worked still doesn’t work air-conditioner went out due to filter not being changed for seven months. I had to take the filter out myself And go out and fix the unit outside myself. So I didn’t suffocate. Storage room door is rotted it’s still rotted eight months later so when it completely disintegrates don’t expect them to fill the hole. As for the 1980’s Appliances they are old and barely work, the best things here are the washer and dryer because they are mine. The electrical outlets are worn out, half don’t work and need to be replaced but they seem to do them one every few months. They have had a list of problems on my apartment since I moved in fortunately for them I pretty much know how to do everything because everything they’ve done I’ve had to go back and redo. Now they want to raise the rent for this dump, it ain’t happening I’m outta here as well as many of my neighbors as moving trucks are a regular sight. As for security....what security? There are three gates(two entry and one exit), but what is the point of having gates when the exit gate is open for months and people just drive in through it and the pool and walk through gates have no lock....what?!!! Should have known when from day one when the door jam plates were missing on my door when I moved in I could not leave my apartment because first the door wasn’t secure and second they would not come fix them so I replace the locks myself but in the meantime my TV was stolen, do you think they cared...you know it...Crickets??
Today came home from work and the power was off , under new management, they didn't give any notice at all about changing over the power service, everyone that lived here doesn't have any power, the management company doesn't care at all about the tenants
I love living here! Maintenance and the office staff are great!!! I will refer everyone I know. GREAT COMMUNITY!
They don't fix anything!!! Mold, etc. The property continues to decline, and they only care to keep tge outside nice but forget about residents. Once they get u in to sign the lease it's OVER
I've been here for a year ! Love it , every time I call maintenance they come to fix things right away and management is great .
I WOULD NEVER LIVE HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE. THE MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE, THE APARTMENTS AREN'T CLEAN WHEN YOU MOVE IN. HAD A LOT OF FAULTY FEATURES IN THE APARTMENT, A LOT OF PESTS AND CRITTERS SITTING IN WALL CORNERS. I HATE IT HERE AND I ONLY MOVED HERE BECAUSE I HATE LOOKING FOR APARTMENTS. I GIVE THEM 2 THIMBS DOWN.
