The worst apartment with the worst management, I suggest you don't waste your money because you can find a much better apartment with the same price . They will deliver you the old and bad apartment and in the end, if you deliver the apartment completely clean, they will not return your deposit!! be careful
I am a new tenant to the Port apartments (just moved in Aug) and current front line worker. It has been so refreshing to experience such amazing staff throughout my transition, and is particularly reassuring to know that if something arises, Rodney, Lena and Ronald are there and on top of things. It has given me piece of mind to know that I can focus on doing my part to help keep our country safe, and know that I can count them; something they have proven time and time again. Thank you for all that you do!
It is a great place for living. I am very satisfied with the office manager’s work because she is always friendly and ready to help. I am glad to live here.
I have been here for the past 8 months, Great commute to down town am there with in 5-8 min, close to nice schools elementary school middle school even high school 5 min walk. The office staff is amazing she's and everyone are courteous friendly and professional great speedy service. If you want an apartment on a budget and clean with modest style but with great service choose this one. The community over all is quiet friendly and its close to everything. I have read some of the other comments on here but it seems they have just had a bad experience with previous management. my over all experience has been fantastic ! I would highly recommend it.
This is the cheapest place to rent in the Bellevue area and it lives up to its price. Location is fantastic and most of the neighbors are friendly, kind and quiet. Every once in a while there is a party in the main office which can get loud. Getting repairs made is iffy at best. Most of the time they are quickly done, poorly performed and look terrible. I rate it this low due to an experience with mold. Management claimed no responsibility for it even though they knew there was a massive water damage in above unit previously "repaired". Insurance did not pay out due to improper repairs and not drying apartments properly. Additionally my girlfriends heath suffered from the mold spores in the air. Ended up receiving meager 1/2 months rent and moved to another unit (also had mold). Threw away over 2,500 in property and still finding more things needing replacement a year later. If you are desperate and need something cheap, move here. I still would not recommend this place to anyone.
