Great place to live! I enjoy the common areas and social events at the port house . Friendly residents, amazing maintenance staff and front desk girls! Everyday makes me happy living here .

Everything has gone very smoothly thanks to nicole, and she’s been very patient with me and understanding with my wants and needs. Still learning how to use the packaging system.

Moving in is going so well at the Port House!! Everyone has been so nice and helpful to make this process easier. We are excited to be here and be a part of this community!

Staff was extremely helpful and professional. They made moving in very smooth. Maintenance staff were promptly available to fix any concerns and very professional and friendly.

We’ve loved living here! Such a fantastic location and the amenities/events have been the best we’ve seen. Being only 20 minutes to downtown has been an even better plus.

The staff is prompt and courteous and we have met several wonderful neighbors. The amenities are a big plus and all very well kept. We appreciate and take part in the wonderful events sponsored by the Porthouse as well.

I’ve rented a lot of properties, the port house is exceptionally well run, has great amenities, a modern rental setup from the way your front door locks to the way you receive packages.

The Port house team are really helpful with the application process and super friendly. The property is well maintained and looks stunning.

The facilities are great and the leasing staff is amazing. They are always willing to help or chat if you need it. The maintenance team has also been prompt and willing to fix any issues.

We have lived here a year and half and and love it! The front desk girls ( Nicole, Riley and Mikaela ) are welcoming and fabulous . It is a safe and clean environment . Great amenities .

We are new residents to The Port House. The grounds are well kept and the flowers at the entrance are so inviting. All staff is friendly, helpful, accommodating, in tune with the property and love their jobs. We love our first floor unit overlooking the pool. So excited to be here.

Love the quiet, the dog friendliness, the grounds keeping. Everything is so nice. The walk ability is perfect. So close to many restaurants. I love the side walks and the beautiful shaded areas. And plenty of parking.

We recently just moved in and everyone has been so nice and welcoming. The community is very clean and taken care of and I love the amenities we have access to.

The porthouse maintenance people clean the pool everyday. They clean the hallways in the main building everyday. They have activities for the residents. I love it here!

The residents at the port house are friendly and make this place a great community to live in. I enjoy all the amenities the port house has to offer.

I am moving out of the Port House this week. It started out great, but the management doesn’t seem to care about safety, specifically as it applies to resident’s aggressive pets who have already attacked another resident. Furthermore, the new people moving into the complex are just not nice…I cannot tell you how often I will pass by someone living here and say “Good morning!” or “Hello!” only to be met with utter silence. It doesn’t feel good, to me, living here anymore. And certainly not for what I’m paying.

Life at The Port House is fantastic! You won’t find a better staff anywhere & the amenities are top notch! The location is central to so many points of interest in Charleston.

The Port House is an incredible place to call home. The staff is like family— friendly, helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The facilities are always clean and abundant with whatever you need: coffee, tea, cold brew, a game of pool, a workout, a spin, a bicycle, or anything for your furry friend! The community is located right in the center of Daniel Island and by the Credit One Stadium: all completely walkable and by the best waterfront trails.

The Port House staff are always friendly, the amenities are great, and it always looks beautiful and clean. The community is also extremely welcoming and friendly.

A good community in a great location. The amenities on site are useful, particularly the gym for those who work odd hours, and are availible 24/7.

I love the staff and the safety I feel living here. As an OG resident of the property, I’ve seen a changing of the guards multiple times. Each time the staff is responsive, professional and friendly. Very happy with my decision.

Before living at the port house I lived in a privately owned apartment complex. I loved the charms of an old building however my landlord wasn't quick to come fix things that didnt work and he was very hard to get a hold of. I like living in a community that always has staff during the day and who are friendly and willing to help at a moment's notice. I also love having a gym and pool at my fingertips. Lastly, I do enjoy all the little events and activities that the port house puts on for their residents, it does make me feel seen and appreciated.

I really enjoy living here. It is quiet, people I see walking their dogs when I walk mine are very nice. The staff is nice and helpful. I have had a great experience living here in the townhouses.

So far, I love my place! Clean and spacious. Love the Amenities! Looking forward to the community events. A lot of bang for your buck here!!

The community is so beautiful & very well maintained. We have lived at other communities locally & no cleaning staff keeps the community center & amenities as clean & organized as the cleaning staff at The Port House. It is refreshing being able to enjoy all the perks this community has to offer & not having to worry about things being dirty or broken. Destiny was very informative & helpful! She answered every question which made our move-in so easy. Hunter, Riley & Nicole were also helpful & made us feel very welcomed. Mark & Drew are extremely friendly, skilled & professional. They immediately took care of any concerns we had & we were thrilled with the results. The apartment is beautiful & luxurious, more than we could have expected. We have had the pleasure of going to 2 community events so far that Olivia & Josh organized & they were both phenomenal!! We love being apart of this wonderful community. Thanks to the team at The Port house for making our family feel so at home here!!
