I just have one month living here and I love here already, I asked to fix something in the apartment I though they wouldnt listen to me like others communities, but they were there inmidiately to fix it! You will find a Gym and only residents can have access to it.
Been here almost a year and im pretty happy here. Management is nice and works with you when you have issues. Maintained is quick, and nice. Tony is the best. And Jennifer in the office is really nice. The apartments are spacious and affordable. Lots of stores nearby and highway really close. Overall the apartment is nice, the appliances are also up to date. They are very dog friendly. Gated community and valet trash. They recently added a gym as well. The office is good at sending you notifications on the app (linked to email) so you are always up to date with any changes and/or issues w complex CONS: Homeless on 1960 and alot of sirens due to the HCA hospital down the street. Walls are also pretty thin. Strays cats in the area.
First and foremost I’ll start by saying this was my daughters and I First apartment, when I was moved in, there was no patio door attached and my apt was full of mosquitos, these apts can’t seem to get rid of roaches literally saw atleast 2-3 a day for most of the time of my 12mo lease. Cats are all over the complex and I have noticeable scratches all over the top of my vehicle, lastly the last week of my time staying here cats were in THE WALLS OF MY APT and my apt became infested with fleas they told me they’ve called who they can , no one is coming out and there’s nothing they can do. Anyways.. (spent three nights listening to cats meow in my walls, until they eventually died the 4th day) sooo in that case if you move here just be sure to ask does your apt have dead animals your walls. This was literally the worse experience ever and I’m SO GLAD it’s over. (2 stars since I survive hell on earth)
Quick customer service. Ac failed Sat. 7/22/17. Service made 3 attempts over the weekend to fix outside unit but there was no saving it. They ordered a new unit, it arrived Tues. 7/25/17, they installed the same day. Thanks very much Tony and Staff.
I've been here almost a year. My lease is about up. Even though I have to move to be closer to my job, I hate to leave. I love my neighbor and the property is quiet and well kept. Miss Tina in the office is great!! She will help you if she can. Maintenance request are completed pretty quick and if you need them to come back out, they will. My favorite is Mr. Tony. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.
Great apartments near major freeway easy access downtown. Very economical
So this apartment is pretty decently priced. The apartments are mostly well kept but when there is a problem it seems that management doesn't seem to worry too much. I had a huge leak in my apartment from some foundation issue and they didn't compensate me in anyway and it took a week to fix. I called corporate about it because it was starting to smell like mildew. I mean I know older apartments have issues sometimes but jeeze, that could cause someone to become ill.
