This place is a dump and I wish I never moved into here. Everything is falling apart and my neighbors are horrible . There is no fast food restaurants anywhere around here.

Well run, clean and conveniently located. Only comment would be that In order to charge premium rents, renovations/materials should be premium too. Instead, there is a lot of corner cutting. Can’t blame them though, the government keeps printing money, so their margins must be getting squeezed.

Property is pretty and it’s nice to see the ocean. The units are spacious and private entrances are a plus. Pulling out onto 3A when it’s busy can be a bit nerve wracking so that is a downside to morning commutes

This is a beautiful place. There are issues with trash collection, the compactor is frequently broken. People are friendly. Main concern is the rent renewal price that is TEN TIMES the average rent renewal price percentage of 1 - 4 %. Many residents are moving out.

I'm living in a spacious apartment with great views all around me. A dog friendly atmosphere and my neighbors are really nice. We help each other from time to time and we all get along. The amenities are voluminous and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful people but apartment had several things that needed to be addressed The grounds could be cared for a little bit better The trash is a serious situation and having access to water outside would be nice to be able to water our plants

I love living here in Cohasset Ma. My unit affords me a spectacular view of Minot Lighthouse. The trails are full of wildlife and in the summer humming birds come to my feeder.

Zero communication. Zero management for unsafe unsanitary garbage collection site. Containers too small, garbage left all over. Pretty place; poor management service.

Wonderful place to live. Renovated interior with lots of sunlight, quiet area. Beautiful scenic views and by far the most convenient spot I’ve lived in. Grocery stores, banks, Pilates studio, massage, restaurants, dry cleaners, coffee shops are all a rock throw away. Only wish they had more lower body equipment such as a hip abductor machine in the community gym but that’s just me being picky ??

this is a great apartment community to live. it has its own sidewalks & earth walking trails one of which leads to Whitney Thayer Woods. has a gym with basic equipments to keep you healthy, swimming pool with full time lifeguard during summer season, has communal barbecue grills, grounds are well maintained with ample parking. management staff and maintenance crew are polite and responds to incident tickets. Demerits: the major reason why I didn’t give this a 5 star is the danger a driver faces when making a left turn on Kings Highway to head north during rush hours. there’s no STOP sign nor traffic lights. in addition when exiting, the driver has to face with traffic going to/from a strip mall across the community exit road. though minor, one of the back walking trails is blocked by bushes esp during spring as they spring back to growth; needs trimming without any community member having to open a incident ticket.

The Preserve has been the perfect transition for us after moving from the city. Access to walking trails in the state park, 6 minute drive from the beach and spacious townhomes. Would be five stars if they added a dog park

We love living at the Preserve. It’s quiet and the apartment has everything we need . It has hardwood floors except the bedroom which has a beautiful carpet. I love the large kitchen with plenty of cabinets and a kitchen island with more storage. The walk in shower is just what we need and a full size washer and dryer is right across the bathroom. There is plenty of beautiful grounds to take a stroll or walk your dog. The complex is quiet and maintenance is quick to react if there are any concerns . I can’t wait for summer to try the pool.
