I have been a resident at the Preserve for 2 and a half years now. I am more than satisfied with my stay. I have never lived in an apartment complex such as this where they actually care about their residents. I absolutely love it, I am glad that I chose this place to live whereas my son and I are treated like family and not just tenants, any repairs that requires attention are done within a 24-48hr time frame. I will receive a call to confirm that I’m satisfied with whatever was done, there’s an on call maintenance for when the office is closed if urgent matters need to be addressed. The Preserve consistently maintain a clean and very well kept community. The gate is always working and secure, trash is always handled efficiently. I love that we are provided monthly newsletters that we receive in the beginning of the month that keeps you up to date on anything new in the community, recipes, house hold hacks, etc. I also love the orchestrated events that they have which includes wine down Wednesday’s, Pool parties, Christmas parties with raffles, contests, and gifts. The “resident appreciation days” in which the Chic fila van comes in the morning at the front gate and distributes hot chicken biscuit’s, this has been the only apartment complex that I have lived in whereas they express their gratitude and appreciation that you are a tenant. I love the staff who are always professional, pleasant yet personal they become familiar with WHO you are as a person not just you as a tenant they all know me, my son and my fur baby on a first name basis Lisa, Angie, and Christina are all the absolute best.

Apartments are nice, the grounds are very well kept, maintainance responds the same day, if the gate breaks, they fix it quick, pools and gym are clean. Its a safe neighborhood near the highway with plenty of shopping centers nearby.

I have lived here @ the Preserve at Legacy for almost 2 yrs! I have upgrade to a larger unit since I don’t believe there is a better complex around. It is nested in a sublime spot for anyone looking for a night-life/activities and shopping (you are close to EVERYTHING here). The complex is VERY clean and the entrance gates are ALWAYS working. They have regular landscapers, making the complex very clean and beautiful, at all times. I’ve experienced everyone in the leasing office, and they are all attentive to my needs/requests; they know me either by face/name/appt # which I value!!!! If you rent here you will not be disappointed at all ??

The front is awful they don’t help find solutions to issues at hand. They tow people’s cars without notice. I have multiple neighbors complaining about the same issue. I will not be renewing my lease at all.

I've been here a few months so I thought I'd review the place.. I have the largest one bedroom floodplain and it's just me and my dog.. We are very comfortable here and the apartment is beautiful.. being on the top floor it's a bit expensive to cool but it's worth it.. I've had a few occasions to need maintenance and the maintenance dude is very proficient and a nice guy.. the complex is beautiful and great if you have a pet.. the staff is very friendly and professional.. amenities are great.. now the only bad thing is the entrance gates .. they are horrible.. I have friends that refuse to drive through them.. they need to dig em up and replace them.. but this place so far is great and a lot nearby..
The complex is very nice. I really love the size of our unit. The complex provides a fun monthly newsletter that they utilize to send out messages and share some seasonal tidbits. I've never had a problem with the leasing staff - they are all very nice and seem accommodating to your requests/needs. The grounds are maintained very well and I haven't had any issues with tenants either. All around a nice complex. Maintenance requests are handled timely but there is a bug issue at this complex. Those large "water bugs" are constantly making an appearance in our unit and other tenants are complaining about the same issue. Pest control is offered for a $2.00 a month charge (when you need it) but all they do is spray the same stuff. The bugs are gone for a week and then back the next. There has to be a better way to manage this. One tenant did mention that rent increases quickly in this complex but I can't attest to that as of yet since I haven't been here a year quite yet.
The Preserve at Legacy Park is a nice place to live. The staff is very helpful and maintenance respond to every request promptly. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. I have been here 8 months and have enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is that I think the rent and water bill is way to high!
