Love living at the preserve! I really enjoy the two community events they put on each month! Super creative and I feel very safe living here

my boyfriend and i love it here! only con is limited parking at night. i always end up having to park infront of a different building and walk far at night.

Really enjoy the community and the people living here, especially Sandy and Jeff Bantz who host the community events. The gym could use some renewing, and the outside fire pit would be great to have back. It’s also not fun having to continuously step into road because cars are blocking the sidewalk, especially in the evenings but beyond that I enjoy living here

Stephanie at the front made moving in a breeze!! Very quiet area, neighbors are pleasant and pool area is great! Could not ask for a better property for the price.

Great staff, friendly neighbors, complex is kept up well, nice layout of my Magnolia apartment, Monthly neighbor events, nice clubhouse available.

So far my experience has been wonderful. The resident team I met during the pizza social were extremely welcoming and friendly. I am looking forward to some of the other events they mentioned would take place in February.

I absolutely love living at The Preserve at Long Leaf! Everything has been amazing from the application process to living here the past few months. The community is clean and quiet. The office staff is always so nice. They’re extremely helpful anytime we have a question. Maintenance is incredible. They follow up so quickly on every single maintenance request. I love all the amenities. My kids pretty much lived in the pool during the summer/fall. My favorites are the events that are held twice a month! I’ve never lived in another apt complex that cares so much about its residents! We’re really going to miss this place when the military moves us again!

Excellent neighborhood and neighbors, especially Sandy & Jeff, who run our Apartment Life team. They are the greatest and are constantly having terrific events.

A year in, I still really like living in this community; it is nice, clean, and quite. I like all of the monthly community event. Would recommend to a friend.

Living here has been a great experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is always quiet and well maintained. Overall I have enjoyed my experience. It’s a bit pricey but a lot of amneties are included.

Everything has been great! Apartments are clean and appliances all work well! Facilities are kept very well too. There have been no issues or complaints so far!

Amenities and the community is awesome! Appliances are a bit old but maintenance comes out quick to fix anything you need! We love the area and the school too.

Very calm and clean neighborhood to live. Kids have a very pleasant atmosphere. Walking to LongLeaf school is my son's favourite. Swimming pool is an added activity for weekends.

Move in has been wonderful! Our apartment has been spacious, clean, and with great appliances. We were welcomed with a sweet welcome gift from the front desk.

We love it here. Maintenance is always Johnny on the spot and the office staff is always so friendly and helpful. Grounds r beautifully kept except for some reason the area around our door usually has lots of leaves. However to be honest, it is fall and we have a big tree. Would definitely recommend a potential renter to check us out.

One of the reasons we chose this community over others we had looked at was because of how nice Stephanie at the front desk was. We felt welcomed immediately and also felt safe. The complex is also beautiful and feels like we can truly turn it into a home.

I really enjoy the community, my neighbors, and the feeling of safety and security in my areas. I enjoy and feel safe walking. It is a quiet area as well. My neighbors are friendly and courteous. I have enjoyed the activities and food trucks on occasion.

Do not be fooled by the leasing agents when looking at this apartment. They will be friendly when you are applying, but they will not care about you when you become a resident. They just look at you like dollar signs. They charge you for every thing under the sun and double charge you for fees that are not disclosed to you on your lease or in person. Gym is nothing but a treadmill, elliptical, a few dumbbells, a bench, and a lat pull-down machine. The pool and hot tub is always under repair. A/C goes out every three months or so and when fixed, it goes out three days later. Neighbors are constantly noisy and break the no marijuana policy. If you have any concerns regarding neighbors or maintenance, the only thing they will do is send an email. Rent is absolutely high for what you will get out of it and rent is only getting higher. You will get your money's worth if you find somewhere else. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

We love our view and have some awesome neighbors! That has been what has kept us here. There are a lot of people constantly moving in and out. The pool was not available for almost a full year but it is finally open again. Not sure if staff is overwhelmed or does not care, but we’ve had some issues with facilities and it’s been hard to get stuff fixed and have received attitudes from staff. Maybe we keep catching them on bad days? Also our rent has skyrocketed and found out some of our neighbors rent hasn’t changed much. At this point we aren’t exactly sure what we’re paying for other than new roofs in the buildings, the pool, a new basketball court, new landscaping, constant water fountain maintenance, etc. It’s a beautiful neighborhood area and when the pool if functioning it’s great. If you are not a dog fan this is not the place for you. We love dogs and have one but there are so many dogs here it makes it hard to find a time to walk our dog without an issue. Not all are nice

Can’t ask for better service in this community. Office staff and maintenance go above and beyond in every situation. We can’t ask for better. The grounds are very well kept up. Makes residents proud to live here

I love living here! It’s quiet & very peaceful. I do wish some things were a little bit redone prior to moving in but for the most part, it’s been a beautiful apartment to call home. Only reason I put 4 out of 5 stars is because the tailgating driving into and out of the apartment complex. We have a set speed limit and I follow that. But some people don’t and will literally tailgate and it’s very frustrating. But other than that, people are super friendly here when you go to the pool, walking around, and what not!! The amenities are a huge plus & i’ve always wanted to live here ever since I got my first apartment. A lot of community things to do as well which I love!!

All is beautiful and working fine. Garage is a bit too short but parking in the driveway works for me and there are many outdoor parking options.

I cannot recommend this community enough. Friendly staff and lots of amenities for the whole family to enjoy. There is always an event to attend and the opportunity to make new friends.

Very clean and welcoming. Stephanie did a great job helping me get the necessary documents, very patient and upbeat. The manicured lawns and grounds are beautiful and clean.
