Some of the BEST customer service I;ve ever received! The team is super friendly and went above and beyond to make move-in easy. April is super great and helpful. I've lived many places and this complex has great people, nice peace and quiet, and excellent units. Definitely worth coming to see it in person!
As a lifelong resident of Clarksville and previous home owner, I believe the Preserve to be the "best" of apartment living in the area. My partner and I have enjoyed the Preserve for 2 years, in both 3 and 2 bedrooms respectively. It is quiet and secluded. The outside has "market appeal" and character unlike so many other apartment complexes that resemble army barracks. The floor plans are varied with high ceilings with crown molding. Work orders are easily submitted and maintenance has been consistently prompt within 24 hours of submitting a work order. The office staff and manager are very friendly and always willing to listen. And they actually act upon concerns and suggestions. Special thanks to Kobee who responds quickly to issues! To echo other reviewers comments, the location is superb surrounded by restaurants and shopping. People looking for quality apartment living should definitely consider the Preserve. Greg
My husband and I lived here for 2 years and think back about our time at the apartment often. My husband was deployed frequently and I always felt safe and secure being alone there. Maintenance was FANTASTIC and answered all of my requests (2 requests the entire time we were there because they keep up so great with scheduled maintenance) in a quick and timely manner. Management was understanding and fair. I would highly recommend this apartment!
My husband and I lived here for 6 months, and when we went to move due to his orders to Bliss they NEVER gave us our deposit back! We call all the time and continue to be ignored! I have already contacted the BBB! MILITARY STAY AWAY!!

The Preserve at Spring Creek tops all apartments in the Clarksville area! It's close to everything and unbelievably peaceful and quiet. It offers so many amenities and events for the community and its residents! We've never been happier! They give so much whole heartedly and the staff is outstanding! If you are in the Clarksville area and looking for an upscale quality apartment complex, Preserve at Spring Creek is definitely a "must see." The location is ideal; close to the mall and Wilma Rudolph but set back far enough where you are not bothered by the noise of traffic. By I-24, it is only about a 20-25 minute drive to the gates of Fort Campbell. The apartments here are not the average area apartments. When I first moved here I did my apartment searching and as far as quality goes, this place is far superior than what I've seen for apartments in the area. This is a newer complex and these apartments are luxury apartments. By luxury, I mean a gated community, hardwood floors, open floor plan, clean and pristine. The pool area has a nice layout with grills, a fire pit and an area for corn hole (which as a northerner, is a version of bean bag toss). This place is pet friendly and if you have dogs, there is a fenced in dog park on the grounds. I have cats myself, so no need for the dog park but it is nicely maintained. The management and staff members are wonderful and always have a friendly smile or wave as you pass by. If you are looking for a quality place to live, then say come by and have a look.
