I have been living at The Preserve at Spring Creek for almost two years and I love it here!! The service here has been top tier. Paige, Janelle, and Dylan have always been available to help me. I love that they engage with the community by doing monthly calendars. The maintenance staff here work quickly to fix any issue. Overall the staff is very friendly and most helpful.

I've lived here for almost 2 years now, and I love this place! The staff and super nice and helpful, maintenance takes care of any requests I submit very promptly. The grounds are super well maintained and the Property Manager Paige is a rockstar. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment experience.

I have lived here for 5 years the place is great , the smell is so crisp and clean . The premises is always manicured, the Pool area and Gym and Club House is to die for the Pools are 2 Large swimming pools very clean the area around the pool bbq pits and even the bathrooms are really awesome. When you live here it’s really Resort Style living it is comparable to living at the Royal Oaks. Paige the manager and all the staff in the office are Super friendly and they are very efficient. If ever there are maintenance issues they are always prompt to fix the issue at hand .I love nice things I am a former travel agent and I guarantee you that I know five star service. Leasing long distance site unseen is no easy task; the best feel one can get about the apartment and community is from the way the leasing staff treat you over the phone. Lauren, the Preserves Manager, made it so easy for me. She was professional and friendly and made me feel at home before I even signed the lease. She gave me step-by-step emails throughout the whole process, sent us pictures of the exact apartment we would be leasing, and answered a plethora of questions with kindness and with what sounded to me like a smile to me. We were not to be disappointed when we arrived to view our new home for the first time: The Office - Professional, friendly, helpful, available - they actually SMILE when you walk in. Seriously, you feel like they want to help with whatever you need. We have lived here 2.5 months and they have never failed us - great staff! The Property - Beautiful, clean, thoughtful. It is set back off of Kuykendahl about a quarter mile or so behind a tree line that makes it seem like you are more in the country than the city; however, once on Kuykendahl, there is everything you need for shopping etc. The Apartment - It was clean and honestly prettier than the pics Lauren had emailed me. Highlights in the One Bedroom: 1) HUGE bathroom and walk-in closet. If you have ever had to crowd into a small bathroom behind your spouse using 1 sink and a small mirror to get dressed for work you'll really appreciate the double sinks and huge, seriously giant, mirror. Fantastic lighting. Huge garden tub with beautiful tile. 2) Warm, soft paint and accent paint make the apartment feel homey. 3) Big kitchen and bar with nice appliances. Plenty of cabinets and drawer space. 4) Flooring: CARPET in bedroom and closet - OK so this is not high-end carpet - but it is definitely not that cheap apartment carpet one usually has to put up with. I'm grateful. And FAUX WOOD FLOORING throughout the rest of the apartment is a pretty color. 5)Layout is wonderful. French doors lead to a really nice-sized patio we hope to be putting a grill out on this Fall. The Maintenance - Tickets have been handled promptly by a professional, friendly crew who seem conscientious and want to please. They are clean about their work - they pick up after they are finished. I really appreciate that. My Neighbors - Quiet! We rarely hear our upstairs neighbors. We love it here.
We looked at so many apartments before we found this gem! My family absolutely love living here. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to help you. Maintenance are prompt and the grounds are maintained to a high standard. Parking has never been an issue for us. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a fridge freezer (with a water and ice dispenser), microwave and dishwasher. You also get a washing machine and dryer. We love the two pools, sunbeds are provided and there are chairs along the inside edge of the pool so you can cool off easily. There is a computer room with printer for all residents to use and a gym which has everything you need for your workout. This really is the most amazing place to live.
Anyone who gives this luxurious apartment complex a 1 star is crazy! I have moved and lived in so many apartments in my life but I have to say The Preserves are by far the best apartments I've ever lived in! I feel like I'm living in a resort and the grounds are always well kept. I have to say this complex has the hardest working maintenance team. I see them everyday working their tail off to keep this complex beautiful. The pool is HUGE and well maintained . The staff here is amazing, friendly and always working super hard! I LOVE the 24/7 fitness center!! I don't think you can find a fitness center like this one anywhere else. BIG and no machine is ever broken. And I like that they have activities for residents so you can meet other people who live in the complex. This place is just perfect. Perfect floor plan, located in a perfect area. It's just a great place live and would recommend The Preserves to anyone looking for an apartment! :)

Management wont call you back if you have an issue with your rent and they'll try to wait last minute to give you your resign rate so that you can't pick another apartment. I love the property more than any other apartment complex but the management is out to play games with your money.

We apologize for your frustration with our team. We send out a renewal letter with a gift 65 days or more from the date of your lease expiring. This letter offers many options to renew. We do allow our residents to request different options, however the requests must be sent to our corporate office for approval, especially requests for concessions. We do try our best to accommodate some of the request if not the whole request. Another stipulation of the request is that your renewal must be signed before we can make any special provisions for you.
I haven't read anyone else's review for this apartment but living here at the Preserve (previously known as Alexan) has been a dream. The apartment itself is perfect. Perfect floor plan and design. I mean really these are apartments built to outperform others well into the future because of the foresight of the architect. Now I could ramble on all day about usb plugs in the kitchen island and fiber optic tech capabilities all day but I will spare you the time. The community is great is an understatement. There is constantly activities for the residents on the weekends and they offer a variety of yoga and zumba at the 24/7 rec center. Yes I said 24/7 rec center. And not one with broken machines and no free weights. They have towels to wipe down the equipment when you are done. The pool is huge, well maintained and has a cabana with plasma TVs for epic Sunday grilling and football viewing with friends. I have even seen some of the kids bring their xbox and play games late at night during the summer. Management is professional and they work incredibly hard to make sure everyone is at home. Honestly, I have lived in some apartments that were a nightmare and the Preserve (previously the Alexan) is a dream come true.

I love how enthusiastic the staff is and all of the activities that the have, the apartments are really nice and in a nice area. The schools in the area are also good as well.
