My ceiling has leaked on three separate occasions. It is Thanksgiving Day and my ceiling is leaking yet AGAIN. Maintenance has came out two separate times to “fix” yet it is not fixed. My apartment constantly has bugs. We pay for a trash service yet have a minimum on trash bags. If you value your money, do not live here.

We moved into the complex late November. We were assured our rent would be a set flat rate which now it isn't. Did not realize we had to pay $5 for package handling fees, homeowners association fee $17, and two trash reimbursement charges. We moved into the apartment that was never cleaned before us moving in, it was the same apartment that was used to show interested renters. After moving in fast forward to February 2020, there was an incident where a resident was mugged just feet from our door. A police officer knocked on our door, provided us information of what happened. I tried speaking to the office several times to send a general safety reminder to be aware of our surroundings. Suzanne, from the office called me and said they cannot ensure the safety of the residents and they would not send an e-mail. I clarified to Suzanne I did not want a play by play of what happened that evening but more of a reminder for residents to be vigilant. The office denied having any contact with law enforcement or any reports in regards to an attack that happened within the gates of this "Luxurious" complex. One of the officers did advise there has been a string of parking lot robberies in surrounding complexes as well. Do you think the office would send out any sort of communication? NO! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
We moved there recently. We needed a short term lease within a short time and they helped us. Since, we really like it. The managment is very friendly. The apartment is great and big. They have everything you need: fitness, tennis court, pool. If you have kids they have a play room and a park 10mins away by walk.
I moved here in December and I absolutely love it. It's a great location, super pet friendly and my apartment is gorgeous! The office staff is always super sweet to my puppy, they are real animal lovers. Community events seem to be a monthly thing which is great - I'm new to Tampa so I have enjoyed meeting my neighbors. Best gym I've ever seen at any community I've ever lived at and the pool is gorgeous. Parking has never been an issue for me - my parents visit me often and I don't think they have ever had any issue with parking and I know they have never been towed. All in all this place is awesome!!!

My biggest complaint are outdated dishwashers, washers, and dryers, yet being charged for a "luxury" apartment with "updated" appliances. Dishwasher leaves residue, poorly washes dishes, and makes a great deal of noise. I have notified the office about the dishwasher and washer not working well. Maintenance came by and said everything is fine. The dryer takes 2 FULL cycles to dry clothing. Parking can be an issue if you get home late at night. Safe place to live, smaller complex with high price for rent.
This is a horrible apartment complex. The parking here is absolutely horrible. Even though we pay for a garage and have a parking sticker my car STILL GOT TOWED. We still pay for the garage spot and the space behind and still get towed. This is absolutely ridiculous

Parking is horrendous, outlets are constantly going out, the appliances don't clean my clothes or my dishes. Last straw was I got into a car accident last night, got a rental and it was late and just wanted to go home. Woke up this morning went downstairs with my son and my car was towed and the tow company isn't open till 830 and the office is open at 9. $250 with the uber
HORRIBLE PLACE, HORRIBLE STAFF, HORRIBLE PARKING! DO NOT LEASE HERE! The staff cares more about money than they do their residents!
I moved in a few months ago and I couldn't be happier with our choice! The office staff were more than friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. When we applied we were approved extremely quickly and move in was schedule and went off without a hitch. The apartments are very comfortable and modern and include washer and dryer which was a big plus for us. The floor plans are excellent too. Valet trash and a convenient mail center and trash compactor are an added bonus along with the choice of Bright House or Verizon, rather than being forced to choose one or the other. The community pool is awesome and my daughter loves it! More than enough parking and a beautiful conservation view add the cherry on top of an already great experience. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone who wants an affordable and friendly place to live that's just minutes from all the awesome stores and restaurants in Tampa.
