I just moved in a few months ago. So far management and maintenance have both been friendly, responsive and provided solutions. I haven’t had any issues nor do I have anything negative to share. I love my apartment and the view of the trees. It’s much larger than I anticipated and the balcony’s huge. Parking spots are tiny, that’s about it. I hope my experience continues to be good as it has been so far and my rent doesn’t spike when it comes time to renew.

Beautiful and safe community, lots of nature around, even private hiking trails! Love the amenities, the EV charging stations, Zen Garden with compost station, relaxing hammock area! Community is top notch. Responsiveness to concerns is near immediate. I did have an issue with pests upon moving in, but once I spoke with leasing team and attention was brought to issue, it has been resolved quickly. I also had an issue with the third party pet screening company they use, but again, once speaking with leasing team, issue was resolved within a weekend. Events are fun, amenities are definitely enjoyed and grounds are well kept. I look forward to a long living experience here.

The residents are friendly. I love the dog park. Especially how it's lit up at night. Jessica and the rest of the office staff have been friendly and a good resource. Maintenance team is awesome. One man even helped me carry several rounds of boxes up to my 3rd floor unit. I didn't catch his name, but I appreciate him and he deserves recognition. All in all great first week!

Beautiful layout surrounded by nature and trees. The pool is the best I've found in Austin. Coming with fountains, a hot tub and it's always clean. The people here are really friendly and the staff is awesome who have became friends of mine. They have the coolest events I've EVER seen hosted by an apartment complex and they have them all the time. Love it here and don't want to leave.

Solid location, amenities, staff, and maintenance support. Despite PTC being an older complex, units have been renovated and work order requests get addressed. Love the quiet community with frequent special events and onsite fitness classes.

3rd party maintenance can be slow and a sometimes they do not call before coming when requested. Otherwise the community is a safe and clean one, and the leasing office handles resident issues fairly and quickly. They also notify residents about events frequently and are good about notifying when there are amenity closures or larger maintenance shutdowns.

Overall I have had a good experience here so far. Units are high quality, amenities are all in good shape and enjoyable, and the leasing team has been great. The only cons I have had are that maintenance has been a little slow and that the campus patrol has not answered any calls.

I love the location and its convenience for my life. However, even with its positive ratings I have had to constantly check to make sure requests get completed because there is no system to notify resident when someone has been in your apartment or that a job was completed. They hire vendors for certain jobs and give them keys without a staff member presence and trust they will do their job properly. I had to put cameras up and thankfully so because pest control marked they had sprayed my apartment and looking at my cameras they did not. Since it was July 4th and they only come on Thursdays I have to wait 2 weeks so they will hopefully actually treat my apartment. This morning ants got added to my list of bugs in my apartment. They say bugs happen more because it's a preserve; however, my cameras have never picked up pest control actually preventatively spraying the exterior of the building in my over a year of living here. It's very frustrating.

I like the community and all of the professional singles in the area. The distance from downtown is perfect for short Uber ride home. The amenities are nice but they’re not always kept up to par. Community events are good.

Terrible terrible place to live. I would NEVER recommend my worst enemy to live here. Lots of crime. Cars are constantly having their windows broken into. Gates are always broken. Management is terrible. Probably the worst experience with a leasing office and manager I’ve ever had to deal with. Usually I give a lot of grace to the leasing office because they put up with so much but they don’t care.

As a resident of The Preserve for quite some time now, I can confidently say that my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Despite some of these negative reviews regarding the parking system and other items, I've found all these rules to be quite fair and efficient for us residents. I personally appreciate the enforcement of these, as it ensures parking space for residents who actually comply. Jessica was extremely transparent about all monthly fees during my tour, in the welcome home letter, and in the lease agreement. I have yet to encounter any discrepancies in my billing, and whenever I have had concerns, the office staff provided clear explanations. Communication from management has been incredible and is something I truly value when choosing a place to call home. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and any delays are transparently communicated, which I love! <3 Overall, my time at here has been wonderful, and I already know I will be renewing my lease. It's truly become a place I'm happy to call home

It's a nice place to live. Lot's of nice neighbors, some become good friends. The maintenance crew is nice and knowledgeable, Front office guys are nice and friendly. The dogs are great to watch and pet.

As someone who has previously resided at TPC and had positive experiences, I’m disappointed to report that my current living situation has been tarnished by significant challenges and dysfunction. From the onset, issues arose with the misplacement/deletion of my lease documents on the day of move in. Upon settling into my new residence, the quality and cleanliness of the living quarters was subpar. Notably, the grout and tile work across the fireplace and master bathroom is sloppy, unkept and unclean. Paint and walls are cracked. The condition of the toilet in the master bathroom is closer to an interstate gas station bathroom, exhibiting visible signs of use and discoloration. My unit’s air conditioner didn’t work and remained unresolved for the first two weeks of my tenancy. This situation was exacerbated by a lack of communication from the TPC staff, leaving me without clear expectations for resolution. Regrettably, this issue compelled me to work from home for an extended period, creating a strain on my professional commitments. In addition to these physical concerns, I have noted discrepancies in policy implementation and perceived bias among the staff. This has contributed to an atmosphere that appears less than conducive to positive tenant experiences. In my short time here, I have yet to encounter a fellow tenant with a positive impression of their stay at The Preserve. It is my sincere hope that this letter serves as a constructive means to communicate these issues. I believe that addressing these concerns promptly will not only enhance the living experience for current residents but also contribute to the overall reputation and success of TPC.
I enjoy the ease of the online portal, package service, gate entry, and events offered by The Preserve at Travis Creek. They take pride in the community and keep us updated on everything. I've lived in a few apartment communities; none have been as responsive and involved. When I moved in there as a welcome basket. After a stressful move, it was adorable. I love living here.

I am about 60 days into my time here at The Preserves of Travis Creek. Love my apartment, the amenities, the community social activities, and friendliness of the staff. I had a short Hospital stay recently, and my emergency contact was able to get entry into my garage through the front office personnel. This was very helpful and allowed me to get some things done. Overall, it has been a great experience and I'm confident that any issues or concerns I have, will be taken care of in a timely fashion.
