Great move in experience , fast, easy and friendly staff. I use to live here in 2022 and decided to move back. Love the remolded units. They always know how to keep the property looking up to date !
The neighborhood are amazing, the nature is beautiful and quiet, I love stay close to the lake looking the ducks and the turtles, is a very green area and we love to live here because of this.
I like living here, the apartment is comfortable and the place is beautiful, although there are things that can be improved... I have been here for 4 years and I would like to see improvements in the apartment!

love It here, very nice quiet neighborhood. neighbors are friendly, a lot of stuff to do at the pool. apartments are very clean, ac works very good which is needed. definitely recommend living here

For the most part all is good. Just not the happiest paying to have trash removed. I only put out 1 or 2 small bags a week. The complex itself is nice and well maintained.

Best place to live in Coconut Creek, tranquility next to a green reserve with lots of trees. The apartment is spacious, well lit and has a good layout. Efficient and fast maintenance service. Excellent location, close to good restaurants, shops and supermarkets and less than 20 minutes from the beach. A good swimming pool and two large lakes integrated with nature.

We recently moved, and unfortunately, smoke with a strong smell of Marijuana comes inside our Bedroom, causing Nausea and since I have asthma, I`ve been having breathing difficulties. It`s getting hard to sleep. Every night they smoke Marijuana, the smell shouldn`t come inside my apartment through the vents :(. At the contract, the condominium strictly forbids smoking inside the apartments, but people nowadays simply don`t care about the well-being of others.

Since I moved, I've been having a lot of problems with cockroaches in my apartment. There are a lot of cockroaches in every room. In my opinion, the condominium would have had to do the pest control in the apartment before the scheduled date of the move.

AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE It is with great pleasure that I express my admiration for our condominium. I like living here, the green areas are beautiful, it is nice to walk around the lakes... the apartments are comfortable, but I don't like the rustic floor on the terrace, it should have a floor more suitable for placing furniture and it would look cozy. I also don't like rooms with carpet, I prefer wooden or ceramic floors...they have a good maintenance service...José is very friendly and does his job very well!

The apartment is fine and I’ve had no issues. I just wish the rent were less. I also wish we had 1 designated parking space per unit. Otherwise it’s been a great experience.

It is a pristine community. It has a high end resort style pool and tons of nature in the surrounding property. Very clean and feels safe. The kitchen is huge.

Es una comunidad muy buena para vivir,los apartamentos son cómodas y espaciosos..un punto muy desfavorable es que no tiene suficiente espacio en el estacionamiento,lo que se convierte en un problema en las horas de la noche..
