Property Ratings at The Woodtrail - Specials Available!
I speak from personal experience ,I live here in a beautiful spacious apt ,newly updated, huge floorplan , very quiet and peaceful , manager and her staff is always ready to assist your needs , maintenance is on point .I love this place and don't plan on leaving .
this apartment complex don’t fix ANYTHING!!!!! they want all your money for rent but won’t even come fix anything that’s messed up. They don’t answer the phone, and the worst part is they can’t keep anyone in office because the office people are rude and disrespectful!!!!!
Countless late notifications— resulting in my car being towed multiple times, change of management, even a ‘new’ investor that slapped a fresh coat of paint— one sorry coat to be precise, over the initial that was previously done 10+ years ago. 3 years and the apartment had rose multiple hundreds of dollars/m. I used to have air filters placed by my door, but guess that’s not included anymore when I refuse to be woken up by the non-informed turn of my doorknob, nor for anyone else. But The Preserve’s mindset: ‘let’s keep a 80’s fridge/dishwasher/stove in the tenant who has stayed for multiple years, & has successfully paid rent through the entire stay, but make sure we update those who stay all around.’ I literally can’t use my A/C and/or Heater. Thermostat clearly came about from before my birth. Oh!! and due to constant left messages to your office and no reply whatsoever, even purchased my own A/C window unit. It’s November, keep that in mind. Why - in any sorry world - when it’s 40 degrees outside, I can’t have a comfortable environment in my own ‘home’? Hopefully this justifies the damages I’ve therefore added. Just to further enlighten you :)
This apartment complex has the worse staff I have ever encountered. Unprofessional and down right rude! I had to call daily for months to see if my apartment was ready. 4 months later we get a call. It was a upstairs apartment with old carpet (not cleaned). The floor felt as though it would give out in the hall way. A circular hole in the second bedroom (my kids room) window broken glass. ItTIt tool 2 years to fix that. The "fresh coat of paint" had hair and candy painted over. Everytime I called office or maintenance I felt like a burden. My oven went out day before Thanksgiving. A maintenance man from different complex fixed it. One of the office ladies yelled at me when my bedroom door fell off and knocked me to the ground. She said it was my fault and charged me for damages. I am reluctant to call for any maintenance for the only reason after their done I get told I should be grateful. Even though that is their job. Mind you the playground is an accident waiting to happen. And pool hasn't been open in 4 years. (Trust me I know). They want to turn this upscale which is nice. But the way they treat their tenants is despicable. Treehouse Apartments or The Preserve whatever you call yourselves, you forget this is people's HOMES. Other than that this complex has potential with the correct staff
I have lived here for almost 18 yrs and could not be happier. Management used to be bad, but with our new owners and new management in office for the past year it has been great! Maintenance and Management have really turned this property around..
When you move here your rent will be one thing next month rent will go up 100$ month after that 100$ more they try to catch you will a special then rent will go up and keep going up , They leave notes on door with no notice they are very UNPROFESSIONAL. We barley get mail there’s new people delivering mail everyday our mail get lost , We’ve been Promised stuff for months now and still don’t got it and I been here for almost 3 months and rent going up and it’s not all bills paid as it supposed to be .
They are VERY unprofessional. Leave notes on your door without any verification of info. There’s always someone new in the office so you never get anything done that the LAST person was suppose to do . They don’t fix anything ! AND they always close the office early . The apartment itself isn’t bad but everything else , is NOT worth the headache . Not to mention they went up on the rent and haven’t renovated anything .
There are shootings and break ins all of the time. People have vandalized my car and other peoples cars. We all feel unsafe there. You can't get maintenance to do their job in a timely manner. People litter all over the grounds. They keep going up on rent and it is not even nice enough to make you pay so much.
My apartments are all right but they don't fix anything in time, they are a bit pricey for the location. I barley make enough with my little income I would love to be the winner so I wouldn't have to worry about having enough for rent and I won't be late anymore.
