Property Ratings at The Preserve on Allisonville Townhomes
This became the worst place I have ever lived when this place changed from Riverwood to the Preserve . The Preserve does NOT care about it residents and allows unreasonalbe wait time for necessary apartment maintenance. I waited over 6 months for them to fix a window their team broke while tearing up the backyard (they fixed the window in January).
1. No parking for tenants (expect to walk pass 20 cars or a new street to your car 2. Landlord allows tenants to occupy visitor parking spots or their family/friends to occupy it for 2 months and counting 3. October 2018, 2 cars got their tires stolen so a total of 4 tires stolen on one night 4. Tenants are allowed to smoke in their units, prepare to smell like cigarette smoke 5. There is no security in this area 6. When we first moved in they leased us an apartment that wasn’t livable, so we had to push our move in date and get a new apartment unit 7. New management charges you when you pay rent online, the fee is in the 20’s. 8. Expensive apartment that’s not worth the trouble

We have lived here for 2 years. There have been four different companies that have owned the complex so things were a bit annoying at times. Now they are very good about doing repairs and regular maintenance on the apartments as needed. They are older units, with older appliances and in need of some definite upgrading, but great space and nice wooded property for a great price. We have had our roof leak, shower leaks, washing machine leak, and other small issues. These are old building so things do go wrong more often; they are good about making repairs now. I haven't found anyhting in this area for the price and 3 bedroom tow home styl with 2 1/2 baths; for that it is worth it to us. Quiet neighboorhood and pretty safe for the most part. Other than the maintenance issues with the apartment we have enjoyed living here, especially with a beautiful woods and wildlife out our back porch. We have owls, deer, raccoons, and even humming birds that come to my feeder ;)

I lived here back in 2005-2006. This place is at the perfect location in Castleton. The worst thing that I can remember about living here, is the parking. Other than that, the neighborhood is quiet, and friendly staff.
Not badly priced but not the best place to live. Layout is weird doesn't flow well.
