Have never had any real complaints except for when someone hit and ran our vehicle in the parking lot. We were parked perfectly in between the lines and yet someone still managed to scrape the side of our car. Because there aren't any surveillance cameras, we had to pay the damages and couldn't find the perp.

I live here for two and a half years and exactly today 04.01.2020 they cleaned in several cars in the parking lot they opened my car and my husband's, took my bag with documents and a sum of money. I walked around the condo looking at the dumpsters to see if they had thrown my bag. And I noticed that there were several cars with the door open. SECURITY 0. They are not responsible for anything.

I have lived in The Presidio for the last two years. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. Maintenance is efficient. The office staff is always friendly and remembers my name everytime I show up or call. I recommend them to everyone!
Horrible!! Management is awful along with the front desk staff (except Daniel) Daniel is the friendliest and caring. The apartments are okay not too bad but it’s definitely overpriced-not worth it. They have roaches by the pools. When you call for a complaint just be aware that they NEVER call you back. If your pet gets lost don’t go to them for help because they will show no empathy. Trust me I went through it.

Retired Army working a government job, got promoted and transferred from Georgia to Las Vegas. During a training excerise at the world's number one Air Force Base with little time off. The ladies in the office of the Presidio apartments assisted my wife and I past there work time. Understanding that almost a month living in a hotel was not making me a happy camper to deal with. They even discussed other apartment complex's that I did visit. There was no comparison to accommodation's that were available at the Presidio. Also the ladies did mention the excellent shopping,resturants and diverse culture in this area. Been living here with furniture two days now and Kudos to the maintenance crew for squaring away the apartment as promised. I'll get used to this 100 degree weather and dry heat(not complaing) shirts are very dry. And will try not to get addicted to the casino slots, just the Buffet meals. Ya'll come here to the Presidio, Ya Hear? HOOAH!!!

I've lived at the Presidio Apartments ( North Las Vegas ) for almost four years . The grounds are clean and in good repair due to the daily efforts of the grounds maintenance crew . All three swimming pools are kept clean and repaired all year long . When it comes to apartment repairs , the maintenance crew does a great job , Only one time did I have to wait more than 24 hours for a response to a maintenance request. The people in the office are friendly , but they seem to be in a hurry all the time , so make sure that you take enough time to get your questions answered and request heard . They do a good job of keeping out the troublesome and noisy neighbors and there is a security guard at night . Pets are allowed at the Presidio and most of the dog owners do a good job of picking up after their dogs , but there a few (very few )who don't . During the Summer time , in the evening you may see a bug or two running across the sidewalks , but if you live in anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley you know there is no escape from summer time bugs . There is lots of landscaping and it is well taken of . The landscape guys do a great job of mowing, trimming and cleaning up . Really looks good . Over all I'd say that the Presidio is a good place to live .
The property is nice with some excpetions. Gates are perpetually not working properly. Back gate is almost always open. Large dogs (over 70 lbs) are allowed at managers discretion. So be prepared to hear them barking and running around if they are above you. Hot tubs usually don't work and are closed during certain monthsl Secuirty is lacking the office/ maintenance has your key and access to your security alarm in your unit. Always put dowels in 1st floor unit windows. We were broken into over a long weekend and security didn't notice our window screen was cut ant the window was open. We believe it was an inside job but have no proof so we gave notarized notice to not enter our apartment unlesswe were home and they came in one day when we were gone to perform a repair that we had discussed three day prior and reminded them to call and come when we were home.I don't trust their maintenance staff and question thier security staff. I love the unit the floor plan is awesome as is the location of the property. But looking to leave as soon as we can find a new place.
This apartment couple is amazing. It has it all. 2 huge pools, 2 spas, workout room, an amazing clubhouse and much more. Just 30 minutes away from the Vegas Strip, it's far enough away for a suburb feel, but close enough to get out for a night on the town. Love this place.
Great set up. Beautiful property. Management could do better.
The apartment complex, in and of itself, is a great place to be. I personally haven't experienced any major issues as far as safety and noise is concerned. The vermin are really the only qualm.
