heat a/c & water go out frequently! Complex offers NO compensation. Amenities offered upon moving in, no longer exist! Rude staff!
The staff is amazing; friendly and prompt! I enjoyed my time at The Presley Apartments with no issues during my year stay. Facilities were taken care of and the gym is awesome. I would have stayed forever if I didn't have to relocate for work.
I loved living here when I first loved but as the complex got more occupied it’s become unsatisfactory. People here do not know how to take care of the amenities that we all pay for and management makes us suffer for it instead of confronting those individuals at fault. It is super inconvenient to walk from the block to the front office to reserve a grill. Half of the time there is not a receptionist at the desk to reserve a grill to use. Why not install some high tech way if reserving these instead of having to go out of our way to do this? I have never lived somewhere where this such rule was implemented. Also I was bothered 6 times last week at the pool about a bracelet. This place is too strict for the amount of money you pay.
1. Mechanical penetrations (gaping holes) in the Block's roof were 'repaired' with Medium Density Fiberboard. That means when you're in bed staring at the ceiling, you see a rough-cut hole in the concrete ceiling covered with fiberboard. When it rains, you hear every drop. 2. Pitbulls/Am Staffs are prohibited in the lease agreement, yet it seems like 1/3 of all dogs here are Pitbulls (and some are aggressive). 3. Drugs are openly dealt in the parking lot. 4. At times, the hallways stink of marijuana in spite of indoor smoking being banned. People openly smoke weed at the pool. 5. Supposedly background checks are performed on all residents, yet there are folks walking around with ankle bracelets. 6. There are gangs of barefoot little tyrants roaming the halls, trashing common areas in the Block. 7. The exterior of the Block is often littered with trash, no one seems to really care. 8. In spite of there being video surveillance throughout the property, it seems like the management/security staff have decided to take a hands-off approach. I don't know if this is because of community pressure, but it ruins what should be a pleasant, well-designed community.

This property is excellent!! There are a few movie rooms, 2 excellent court yards, with outdoor kitchens, TVs, and outdoor fireplaces. The free covered parking is great, the office staff are really friendly. There is 24/7 security and the building is super clean.
