I strongly advise against moving here. I regret how much money I spent considering the issues I’ve faced. Water bugs are a persistent problem throughout the property, and the management is extremely lacking in communication. When maintenance attempted a repair, they ended up breaking my toilet, and it took an unreasonably long time for them to replace it with a new one. Overall, I could list more grievances, but I urge you not to waste your time with this place!
I visited this property as I am seeking to maybe sell my home and relocate to this area. The grounds seems well kept and maintained. The office staff Nikki and Michele were very hospitable and answered all my questions. The office was welcoming. This will be on the top of my list of properties if I do decide to sell.

I applied for this apartments without touring the inside, but I was able to drive by after applying considering the useless gate that they have was broken. First thing I saw coming in was TRASH galore. The staff never answers the phone and advised me that my application was denied (how why I was never able to submit my documents), the agent told me she wasn’t sure why I was denied after I sent everything via email because I qualified. Needless to say they took my 75.00 application fee I called corporate and never got a response.

They only changed the name. Roaches, leaking ceilings, high light bills, and a headache is all you’re going to get from here. I still have a hole in my ceiling covered with plywood nailed over it from January it’s July.

Don’t move to these apartments. Roach infested. You pay for pest control and it’s not controlling anything. Gate is always broke. And agents don’t respond to no emails at all so nothing will ever get fixed. Don’t waste your time applying for these overpriced outdated apartments.

THE WORST !!!!!! Roach infested I have to continuously call pest control, dishwasher has been broken numerous times due to staff not fixing it currently, fridge has mold so does both toilets, our home flooded 4 TIMES since we have moved here due to apt from upstairs even when no one was living there !!!! They charge you for garbage BUT the garbage people do not take all your garbage LOL !! Two burners on our stove stopped working , stove top was scratched up paint was coming off not what we were told or SHOWN ! We were told that we would pay for water that we used in our apt BUT no ! They charge you for water by how many rooms you have and how many people live there LOL if your on vacation for a month your still paying HUNDREDS of dollars for something you didn’t use LOL they will find anything to charge you extra but when they damage your things/property they have nothing to say !! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! & that’s on Mary had a little lamb ??
I must say they went over in beyond Tia and Chaise was great they made this move smooth as possible and anything that wasn’t right they corrected it quick the team is great maintenance no problem they are all nice in friendly I love staying here no complaints and I am really funny acting they get a 10 from me Joseph was nice in polite also ... nice place to move no noise it’s great Thanks again management team .. These units have roaches. Don’t trust management to be honest about it either. If you dont want roaches DO NOT MOVE HERE! They need to give the roaches a lease!
Ms Tori went above & beyond the call of duty with a great attitude and very knowledgeable of the property. She was very thoughtful and considered our feelings as a family when assisting us. The property is great for children as well as adults. Quiet and clean with a great staff especially Ms Tori
My wife and I moved into Preston Creek about 2 months ago and it has been great. Tori helped us not only get everything in order but also made sure we were happy. The maintenance staff is superb. If there is ever an issue, you can put in a request online or call the office and they fix the issue within 24 hours if not that day. The environment is quiet and the neighborhood is moments from great shopping, restaurants and night life. The staff is kind and always willing to help with whatever you need especially Tori and Ashley.
The apartments in general are nice but get ready to pay a different amount every month for your rent. It will never be the same! Gate is always broken. Maintenance is touch and go. Rent goes up every year. New management company leaves something to be desired. They paint a pretty picture but trust me looks are deceiving. DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!!! For the price you do not get what you pay for.

Preston Creek has an awesome location as it is in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and area services. Management staff is friendly and courteous. Maintenance does an excellent job maintaining the appearance of the property as well.
Very unprofessional and unorganized they just want your money!!! After they get your money it’s a totally different story. Looks aren’t everything. The reviews weren’t lying run away... far.
I have been here since May. When I first arrived I had some concerns, mostly around bugs. I addressed them with the staff and the issues were handled quickly and with a great attitude from the staff. With the pest control available weekly, I've seen no bugs. I have submitted 4 service requests since arriving. Each of them was resolved within 48 hours and again with a great attitude from the staff. There was also an error in billing one month. I don't fault people for errors. We all are human. The measure of any person or company is how they resolve those errors. I raised my concern and the staff made it right, and again, quickly with a great attitude. My apartment is clean, quiet, with a great view from the balcony. My neighbors are courteous and kind always offering, "good morning", "have a good day", and looking out for my place when I'm not around. Of course that means that I also need to be a good neighbor. Every good relationship is a two-way street. My only wish is that there was more parking in the back of the property where I live. Overall, it's not a big deal. Sometimes I have a few more steps which makes my Fitbit happy. Finally, I should add that that the rent prices are fair, about 30% less than other places in the area, at least when I looked. I don't know if I will renew my lease or not, but that's an issue of location for me, not of my home or the helpfulness of the staff. Both are excellent. Kudos, staff of Preston Creek.
RUN! DONT WALK! Run away from this location and the company that runs it. Once we agreed to lease our phone calls and emails were slower and slower returned. When we saw the place we were only shown the model (should have been the first red flag). We asked several times to see the unit we would be leasing only to be met with resistance because supposedly the tenant was still in it. We were not shown the grounds and probably because of the trash bags (yes plural and no not small) torn open and strewn behind the units. We signed a lease because we were assured the place we would go into would be the same size as the model bit with the extra bedroom. We were told that the kitchen would be updated. What we found when we arrived last night after driving down from Ohio/Kentucky, was filthy cupboards, mold on the windows, cockroaches, corroded bath drains and shower pipes, appliances that had seen their share of the war, and dirt. The only thing they appeared to do was clean the carpets and put in new flooring. We had to pay for 2 nights in a hotel with our two kids, had to pay a transportation fee to the movers we had to send away because of the things we found inside. We now have to pay movers again to move us into the new place we have found (last minute mind you), and are scrambling for deposit and rent for December because Preston Creek is taking their time in returning the Deposit, and prorated rent (for a place we NEVER inhabited). Do yourself a huge huge favor....go somewhere else to look. I have the pictures to prove what a dump this place is.
I moved in April 2017 and I purposely waited a few months to write a review to make sure I lived here long enough to give a fair review. It is now September 2017 and I'm very satisfied. When I acquired about the complex, I was greeted with kindness. I received a tour of the complex that sits on a fairly large property. There is a "clubhouse" toward the back area with a pool that must be rented in order to be used. The front office also has a pool that opened up around Memorial Day. Near the front office is a laundry room, gym and outside grills. **warning** pool and gym can be opened and closed at management discretion. The pool and gym were vandalized which resorted in both being closed for awhile. (It makes sense to me but if you're looking to live here for those amenities, consider that. There are several different options of floor plans. The show room is the renovated model. There truly isn't much difference in the models outside of hardwood floors and appliances. You can rent washers and dryers to be included with your rent which was a plus for me. (water is also included in your rent). I loved how fast the turnaround was on the approval of the apartment. As far as my negatives, the gate is ALWAYS broken. I don't really care about who gets in but I have a problem with not being able to park when I know there are people who don't live here in a spot convenient to my apartment. This leads to my next issue, parking is awful after 7 o'clock, specifically at the front of the complex. While the complex does provide garage parking for an additional fee to the rent, there just doesn't seem to be enough space by the time the night time comes. Lastly, I wish the valet trash was optional ONLY because they don't always come when they are supposed to come. If I have to pay for it, I want it to be picked up when they are scheduled to pick it up, not when it's convenient for them. I've had to put in a few work orders and haven't had issues on the timing or quality of work. You can pay rent online or walk it to the front office.Overall, I like living here. Management is pretty straightforward and easy to work with. In March, if I knew then what I know now, I would still move in.
This is the worst place to live. The management service is horrible and unprofessional. Go elsewhere but live here. I regret it!
We moved in in July and have been promptly cared for. Management tries to solve any problems we may have and we got brand new carpet and appliances!
I love living here! I have been a resident of Preston Creek Apartments since 2016, in the short time I have been here the staff has always be on top of every request I have had . I had a very smooth move in and my apartment was immaculate . The leasing staff is always helpful and willing to do what they can to assist in making the community a even better place to live . I have been living here for the last 2 years. My two kids and my fiancé love it here! It is very safe and affordable. The amenities are very nice and well maintained. We love how the office keeps us in the loop about any changes. They are awesome. We moved in shortly after the birth of our daughter who is now 2! Its perfect for our little family!!
Whatever you do rent somewhere else. I moved here last September from another city. I had sent in my deposit and conversed clearly with Summer about my relocation date a month in advance. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Natalie at the door just to tell me that the office was closed and that there was no knowledge of me coming that day to move in. Summer, the girl I had been communicating with once Natalie initially stopped responding to me was sitting right there listening to the entire conversation and never said a word. I was in a new city with no family or friends and a car full of stuff. I was brushed off. I had an unprofessional argument with this Natalie outside of the office and even when the manager walked over she did not really say anything. There was no apology, no empathy or sympathy. So about two hours later after a 13 hour drive, they finally found me an apt. This was not the one with the black appliance facing the pool. It was the one with white appliance stained, a leaky refrigerator, moldy wood in the master bath with loose carpet facing the loud parking. I arrived to my apt and wouldn't you know I'm under someone with a toddler who wasn't even supposed to be in the unit with more energy than all the kids in the world combined. Is a The noise was so bad from day 1 that I begged the office for another unit. They assured me that it would be fine and they would talk to him. We'll, over the moths it got worse. I even went to the neighbors door and asked him to work with me and he said he could not control the toddler. Jumping off beds, wrestling, running, bike riding on no carpet (I was told there was carpet on all above units), sounds of refrigerators being thrown across the room. Once the toddler went to sleep which was around 11, next, it was the guy himself walking around all hours of the night. You could hear everything from his shower, walking, toilet flushing, whispering, everything. It got to the point where I was only staying there twice a week. I wasn't productive at work because I was exhausted and my anxiety was so bad that I started having panic attacks every night. The office ignored everything down to the mold and the headaches I received because of it. It got so bad that I recorded the noise voice/video so I could submit it to my attorney. It got so bad that I ended up breaking the lease. My right to quiet enjoyment was broken the day I got there. Don't move here!!!!
I've lived here over a year now and Natalie and summer is awesome with expediting any concerns that I had.. Maintenance also handle requests the same day. I love that I am able to have a spacious apartment for me and my kids that's close to all my favorite places Lashawn
Maintenance is horrible! Low water pressure in both bathrooms. Roaches come from everywhere whenever new residence move in. In the summer months, roaches crawl outside your front door and on the walls of the building at night. Master bedroom ventilation system is horrible during the summer months. It's constantly humid. Management continues to change like an elderly persons depend pads. They never answer their phones. It takes a week or two before work orders are "semi" completed. They increase rent upon your move out date and try to hold your deposit money. I stayed here for 2 years. The worst mistake ever!
New management... loads of problems. They came in raised rent fixed nothing! Gate stays broken but they keep the four obnoxious speed bumps to keep people from piggy backing. We have two pools they opened one. The one that is opened they decided to close it at 5:00pm... the time when people are getting off of work and wanting to unwind. Don't waste your time.
Preston Creek Apartments are the WORST!!!!!!! MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!!! They add fees to your bill without notifying anyone. Maintenance is no good. The front gates are ALWAYS broken. The gates only work at the beginning of the month to get people to move in. No Pest Control what so ever! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY. Better off going to “Villas At South Point”

While looking for an apartment, I wanted to be close to shopping, dining, and a leasing staff that cares about their tenants. I found that at Preston Creek. The staff is wonderful and maintenance crew are very prompt with any issues you may have. I'm conveniently located near the I75, shopping and dining, as well as the gym. The pools, laundry, playground and club house are well maintained. The grounds are well kept and my neighbors are very nice. I know I made the right choice and I look forward to renewing my lease next year.

Preston Creek Apartments is a delightfully quietly hidden change of scenery to the busy but popular Highway 42, 155, 20 & Highway 81 in McDonough Georgia area. Since it located on 75 South exit 218 just off the interstate, it truly convenient to all things from several popular eateries, 24 hours late night stores, shopping plazas and family oriented facilities from schools, Piedmont Urgent Care Center/health to fun activities. It's also a quick drive to other well known McDonough venues such as "Atlanta Motor Speedway" & "The Strawberry Patch" and more. But let not forget it's only 35 minutes away from Downtown Atlanta, Little 5 Points, Piedmont & Grant Park and so much more. So remember as you enter the woody but floral pathway, to Preston Creek Apartments it greets with a lovely sandy brown flat-stoned structured & it's wonderfully floral landscape with a beautifully designed controlled access gates displaying its name. The Preston Creek Community homes is located on many areage, The 1st & 2nd phase (newly structured homes). I reside in the 2nd Phase in a 1 bedroom/1.5 bath with study & sunroom where I have a small garden and I love it, it's truly darling since I living in such a large home. They have 1, 2 & 3 bedroom homes with different floorplans styles, you can also choose to rent a storage unit for your vehicle or if you have more than your home can fit. My apartment is approximately 1063 square footage with a lovely crisp aqua blue pool just feets from my door. If you like roaches terrible service over rated rental noisy apartments this is the place. The place is so horrible your fighting roaches big black cock roaches every day its horrible. There falling iut the vents inside of your vehicle. Its pathetic and ridiculous. If you move oyt here your a fool.
