We are very sorry you are experiencing these issues. Please reach out to the rental office so we can address these issues immediately.
Management here is awful. They are not flexible and never answer your calls (even when it is during their office hours). They do not work weekends, and do not care about the residents. The apartment itself is nice, but not worth the money.
I lived in these apartments for 8 months and moved into a unit that was brand new. It's a good short term option if you're looking for a place for a year or less. Please see pros and cons below: Pros: - Nice looking apartments, everything is new -Maintenance is very quick and responsive - Most of the staff in the office are friendly/ helpful - Tons of amenities Cons: -Limited parking - Vandalism and drug usage \ overdoses. My building always smelt like weed. - Holladay Properties corporate office is HORRIBLE with communication if you need to reach them -The apartments were put up quickly and cheaply. My NIPSCO bill was absurd for 1 person living in the apartment. Insulation and windows are very cheap. NIPSCO is all electric. - If you live on the 1st or 2nd floor the walls are very thin and you can hear everything above you.
I went to check out these apartments ..a girl Ally showed me around.Never have I ever met someone who is so rude in my life.The apartments were okay but how unwelcome I felt I instantly made my decision that I am not interested in renting from anyone if they keep someone like that on staff!
I mEveryone’s experience is totally different but man, I really can’t say one bad thing about living here. The units are gorgeous! And I mean gorgeous. Our amenities are amazing from our private party room, the lounge with the pool table and other fun activities, our gym is perfect and I cannot wait for the pool this summer. The front office is very responsive and I have never had a problem with maintenance working around MY schedule. I have a dog and it’s really not an issue to put him in his cage or another room while their working. Like, not a problem at all. Submitting rent payments through the resident portal is so easy and convenient. Honestly, my favorite part is our community. I don’t know if we just got lucky so far but (almost) everyone I’ve met is superrrrr friendly and inviting. We had a private party in the rented room in the lounge, next thing you know we’re all sharing snacks and playing pool together. My only complaint I could think of so far has nothing to do with the complex as a company but just some residents not picking up after their dogs outside. Insanely enough the complex has doggie bags and garbage cans on every side of the building to prevent a messy community so people really have no excuse. I love it here. When the time comes, it’s going to be very, very hard to give this place up.
All electric everything. Workers are rude. Management wants to barge in all the time don’t care if you work like a normal adult. Have to go out of your way if you have a dog. It’s a joke place smells like smoke. Construction always going on.
