Property Ratings at The Properties at Wright Field
The properties at wright field is by far the worst housing agency I have ever worked with. The pulled up the carpet and charged my for stains not even visible on the visible side of the carpet and tried to tell me the carpet was perfect when I moved in yet they had no pictures proving this. If you want to live in a community ran by an unprofessional, price gouging company, then this is the place for you. I highly recommend finding a place that is not so desperate for money they will find things to charge you for when moving out that you did not even do.

Broken communication Poor maintenance Cheap appliances Mold in seen and unseen places. Above ceiling in basement, vent system, behind fridge. No matter what we did, it always came back. Even had a professional come out. After while they said it’s an acceptable amount to policy. So stuck now with mold that keeps coming back.

The apartments are nice. The area is quirt and maintenance is responsive. The leasing office is a nightmare to work with. They don't communicate well, and they aren't responsive to emails.

It is a quiet community. I have lived here for a year. Its nice that Security Forces patrols the neighborhood, and my son loves saying hello to them. The diversity is widespread throughout the community, and makes me comfortable that it is mostly military or government workers because you know most people do not have a criminal background. People are friendly and career focused. Everyone helps in keeping the neighborhood clean and free of debris. I live in the Woods area close to a walking trail, which i awesome. Plan on staying as long as I can. great community for dog walking too.

look at the reviews from 2016-2018 next to this one with 1 star, this place deserves 0. im not going to write a giant review of my complaints but from the 2 1/2 years that I stayed here it was a terrible experience. they raise the rent every year unless you continuously sign 2 year rental agreements.

We appreciate you taking the time to write this review, though we are disappointed that our community has fallen short of your expectations, as we strive to provide superior service to everyone we encounter. Rental rates for privatized military housing are based on the military member’s BAH rate. The Properties at Wright Field offers move-in incentives, monthly rent discounts or other specials for longer term leases. We'd appreciate the opportunity to discuss this in further detail - please stop by our office. Thank you.
Could I give it 0 stars? Asbestos walls with absolutley no insulation and the worst management ever! I wish I could go back in time and tell myself not to sign a lease there.
- If I could rate it a zero or in the negative numbers I would. I would not recommend these units to my worst enemy. This company does not take care of their people. They are extremely greedy and only care about taking as much money as possible. - I signed two two-year leases for a specific amount, but I was forced to pay more than what I signed the lease for all four years that I lived in these below standard houses or they would contact leadership. The only reason I stayed as long as I did, was the fact that I had to go through the courts to move residences. - They hire the cheapest work out there and the work they produce is evident of that. They hired people to paint the houses and their work was subpar at best. They missed areas and came back with different color paint to finish their job and they didn’t even finish it. - They charge you $50 for an extremely small yard, but they let the vacant homes grow a forest before they mow it. When they do mow it, they don't clean up after themselves. The Properties have standards for you, but don't live up to those standards. - The Properties expect you to carry heavy things 100 feet from the parking lot, but they can pull right up to the back door to do their work. The Properties doesn't care about your well being. - When I was closing out my lease, they tried to overcharge me utilities for a month that I did not live in the house. The Properties overcharge you for wanting to leave only because they know they know they will not fill the vacancy quickly. To put the cherry on top, I asked for someone to get back to me with more than estimate on my final utility bill and I get a collection notice. - The only plus in all of this, is the maintenance crew is personable and do the best with what they are given, which isn’t much.
This is technically base housing and it's great for the price. Two bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom. There's a little fenced in back yard area and it's a great size for the area and price. Extremely close to WSU
Privatized base housing. Good security due to city and base housing police. Maintenance is very quick and good. The housing office is very helpful. I had some great neighbors and some not so great neighbors.
