Property Ratings at The Provident Apartments
Prompt & Professional The maintenance man was very prompt, professional and courteous. The issue was addressed pretty quickly. Management did give me a fan to help while the A/C issue is still being fixed

Thank you for your positive feedback! Our goal is to continue to provide a 5 star experience. We appreciate you and your business.
I've had the pleasure of calling Provident home for almost four years. My recent transition from one unit to another was seamless and a testament to the exceptional management team's professionalism and efficiency. They made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. The location couldn't be better; it's nestled in all things downtown...with easy access to everything you could possibly need. As for the apartments themselves, they're spacious, modern, and well-maintained, they truly make you feel at home. But what truly sets Provident apart is the management team. They are not only accommodating and responsive but genuinely caring individuals who go above and beyond. Overall, my experience at Provident has been nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Wow, thank you for you amazing review! Please continue to let us know if we can help you with anything! Welcome to the neighborhood!
I have been a resident of this building for multiple years and in that time ownership of the property has changed multiple times. Each time it has changed hands it has only gotten worse. Packages are opened and stolen on a regular basis, the AC barely works in the summer, and don't EVER expect to have hot water because you NEVER will. When these issues have been brought up over the better part of the year managment has been unwilling or unable to address any of the problems. The rent is lower in this building for a reason and its because the management here simply refuses to do their job. Please if you value your sanity avoid this place at all costs.

Our team is disappointed to hear about your experience. We think it would be best if we spoke with you directly. Please stop by our office at your earliest convenience so we can discuss these claims. If you feel uncomfortable speaking with our on-site staff, we encourage you to reach out to our corporate office.
I submitted an online deposit and it was taken out of my bank account. I’ve called multiple times reached out multiple times try to get a tour try to get more information. It is basically impossible to get a response, I’ve showed up multiple times during my lunch break after work before work on my day off and no one is there in person or does not pick up the phone. If you’re looking to move in it good luck but I’m giving you a warning THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS
