Nicest apartments in Kent. Helpful Staff and quick maintenance turnaround. Close walk to classes for college students. Highly recommend for Kent state students

Very nice location and apartments, as a college kid I wish rent was a little lower but in general rent is very reasonable for the apartments, but there is cheaper you can find. Wish they would fix the gym cable machine instead of try to loop it through which is not a permanent fix

the apartments are beautiful, the staff is amazing and always there if u need anything and the movie theater is amazing. the pricing is really readable and honestly cheaper then most places in kent.

i had an amazing living experience at the province! the staff was friendly and maintenance responded very quickly. i lived in a 4x4 large bath. my fav part was having my own bathroom and a furnished place! the amenities were great, wish the gym was opened 24/7 tho. overall great experience, would highly recommended!

I had a great experience while living at The Province. I even had the opportunity to work as a Community Assistant during my time there. When COVID hit, I couldn't stay in Kent anymore as my classes turned remote. Mackenzie went out of her way and helped me find a releaser and get out of my lease. The whole staff was amazing to work with and maintenance was great. I definitely would recommend Province to anyone.

so had a very welcoming move-in experience that was very quick and convenient. The staff did a good job of making sure their residents were prepared for move-in day and the staff was so friendly. Maintenance always gets completed in a timely manner and my roommate and I have nothing but good things to say about the property, I have never had one complaint.

I recently toured the property and had a great experience with Mackenzie and Olivia. They were very tentative to my needs and accommodating during my visit.

I went with my son to check out the Province. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the site and all the ammenities the Province provides. I was especially happy to learn that apartment living would save me money on his rooming. The staff member Emily who took care of us was very sweer and she took her time answering all of our Austin's.

The Province has always felt like a home to me. The office staff is super helpful and are always talking with a smile. I have never had one complaint about this property, I absolutely love it and refer everyone i know to live here.

I have lived at The Province now for 2 years and I just renewed for year 3. The office staff is great and always accommodating to my needs. The maintenance staff is amazing and they are always there right after I submit a work order.

I’ve lived at this complex for a total of 1.5 leasing terms, and it’s just not worth the money. I would say it’s only true perk/benefit is its proximity to campus. I’ve lived in both a studio unit and a 3x3 and I think what they charge vs. what you get doesn’t justify the price. They say that they thoroughly clean each unit before move in, but my roommates and I had to clean our unit before moving all of our stuff in because the unit had not been cleaned properly. If you are looking to live in a quiet, respectful community- this is not for you. It’s primary full of partiers and those who drunkenly parade the parking lot at all hours of the night. There have been multiple instances of dangerous/reckless driving in the parking lots. The trash compactor area is almost always filthy because lazy, spoiled residents don’t actually put their trash bags into the compactor- instead leaving them to pile up on the walk way which attracts swarms of flies and rodents. They do not have security cameras on the grounds which for me was a huge concern because someone’s reckless actions caused a crack in the windshield of my car which I had to replace myself because the Province releases any liability for that in their lease agreement plus there was no way to know who caused it because there’s no coverage of their lots and grounds. They have a security vehicle drive through the lots in the evenings, but that doesn’t cover everything the Province should cover in my experience. I really wanted to like it here, but it just is not worth their outrageous prices. I have to stay in Kent for two additional years, but I’ve learned my lesson from living at the Province and am moving into a different, much more affordable complex in Kent instead. Save your money and look elsewhere! Honestly, their marketing team does a fantastic job making the Province seem like the perfect place to live, but it truly isn’t what it looks like in the pictures.
