Aniessa came in and turned this whole property around They really pulled this place together, power washed the building fixed the broken gates the pool is functional added security and so many other things This is my second year here and i definitely will be renewing my lease for a 3rd year it's cozy nice neighborhood the office staff are super nice Best place I've lived at !

The experience I had with not only management this week but also the maintenance crew was beyond exceptional. After speaking with members of the maintenance team which consisted of T who is the maintenance supervisor and Herbert who assists him they not only replaced our damaged and used refrigerator with a brand new one but they went above and beyond and also replaced our old stove with a brand new glass top range but also replaced our broken dishwasher with a brand new one as well. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable and completed all three tasks in a timely manner. I also want to shout out Aniessa who is the current manager and Harriet the leasing assistant who from the moment they started working for this complex have worked hard to make this a more enjoyable and livable place. Unlike past management who ignored my requests, the managers have not only kept their word but have worked hard to give maintenance the authority to fix my most pressing issues and are working with me to make other plans for the last few issues I have.

Don't do it. You have been warned. They are not honest and the apartments are old and overpriced.
Has no real amenities. They are trying to compete with other complexes that are nicer and have a gym, laundry areas, and games rooms.

First we came to sign our lease, at time the email told us to come. They then told us that we couldn’t sign our lease because the apartment wasn’t ready. They let sign our lease and then they didn’t have the mailbox key ready. When we did get the mailbox key it didn’t work and we still can’t get into our mailbox. The fridge that in our apartment never worked we called and talked to they guy at the front desk several times they said they would tell the maintenance guy and the manager. I called several times no one picked up so I called corporate and didn’t get a response from them. So I finally emailed the manager and she emailed back days later and said she didn’t know didn’t have a fridge but two of the staff members claimed they told her. It took two weeks to get a fridge. We didn’t have a door handle on our sliding door since we signed our lease as well and we still don’t have one. Some random construction worker walked in our apartment and staff gave them the key to the wrong apartment. DO NOT RENT FROM FIRST COMMUNITIES! EVER!
Horrible Leasing office, maintenance don’t respond, I didn’t have HEAT ALL WINTER!!! Why? because there is no maintenance, they all quit. I’ve had maintenance request since moving in and the never came to complete and I’ve moved out. Sylvia S. Would pick up, say someone is coming and no one ever shows, not an environment for kids to live, police are there on a daily basis, gate never works, the complex doesn’t care about their tenants
The worse place to live !!!! Management never answers the phone, maintenance people never show up when you ask for them, roaches everywhere, they are so hard to get rid of. They do not have a designated area for animals so there is poop everywhere. You will hear police sirens at least every other day because something is always happening in the neighborhood or in the apartment complex. It is literally the worst place to live
Tried to visit the property, nobody answered the phone at the gate. Buildings did not look nearly as nice as online. Very loud music was playing through the complex and I struggled to find the leasing office at all. On my way there, a resident told me to avoid the place at all costs, and that everyone they knew there was trying to get out of their lease, due to maintenance issues and general drama. I quickly left, so I am not a resident, but I will say that what I saw online and what I experienced in person were VERY different. Just a heads up for anyone who reads this, since I am thankful for the resident who warned me.
Leasing office is rude and will likely never answer your call. Our unit was cool until the sun went down and the roaches came out! Overall horrible experience..
everything is broken and management sucks. ac has gone out 6 times in 4 months. pests out of control. rude office workers.
This is a honest review I’ve lived in my apartment here for two months now! This is honestly a great apartment complex, the area feels safer than a lot of places in atlanta, although not all! The balcony is huge, I have had no issues with anything being wrong in the apartment. I have a classic apartment and the only thing really wrong is the floor boards are all messed up so if you walk in your bedroom it could feel like your walking up a little slope and then back down a little bit.Nothing that you can’t talk to them about fixing when your ready to move in. Everyone at the leasing office is nice and paying your rent is really simple they give you two options, online or in store. There is a 98$ fee for water, trash and pest control. And our gate is never up for a full week without it being broken but that’s not necessarily there fault, it’s fixed within a week!

During my stay they haven't delivered on the basics of what a landlord should provide. Most tenants complain about unhelpful staff and maintenance requests going either undone or completed with shotty work

They only care about one thing which is rent. Maintenance do not do anything but sort of pick out outside. They have to send a third party contractor for everything. So the mold in my bathroom from last month is still there. No one knows anything about what is going on when you do put in a Maintenance request. Poor customer service to residents. Issues a finally fixed months later but they put a bandage over it to mess up later. I wish I would of read review before moving in. Horrible place to live. No one knows anything around here except if rent is late and the late fee.
