Great community! Everyone around the building is very welcoming and nice! As well as the staff most if not all are very helpful, any time I put in a maintenance request it gets taken care of in a timely manner!

Apartment wasn’t cleaned when moved in.. Snow removal was non existent. The lake has never been cleaned. The office is open for two hours a day.
The noise level is pretty low, cool neighbors, normal stuff happening. Our apartment is extremely cold though, the heating is not working. And our water bill was mailed extremely late so we are being charged a lot of late fees despite never having the chance to pay it initially because we didn’t get the initial bill.
Neighbors are either loud and annoying or you never see them, the apartments are either falling apart or completely fine, there's a reason the quad is the cheapest Kirkwood apartments.
Overall enjoying my time here. My roommate is better than my first roommate at another apartment complex, and the building/apartment is in pretty good condition. I do wish the parking was a little bit better between the first two buildings.
Nice neighborhood, cool neighbors, helpful staff. I’ve enjoyed living here, it’s pretty nice when I just need some relaxation time or a day off, because the noise level is fairly low.
Living at the quad was one of the best moving decisions I've made in a long time. The convenience of being nearby all of the shopping, gym, school, and surrounding areas alone was a no brainer for me. But working with the staff, management, and maintenance has also been one of the best experiences I've had in apartment living. I look forward to this next season of living at the quad. Good vibes all around, Do recommend highly to any student or young professional
I love living in the Quad some residents are friendly and they are a joy to talk to. I met a lot of different people while I’m living here it’s a great place to live.
Good place to live with family and friends, close to community college, a good opportunity for students and schoolchildren with hight speed connexion internet available. Shops, business and more are closer.
I like this residence because it is a quiet place, no noise, security is also there every day and also the location. The residents are also nice, no one causes problems for other residents. Children can also have fun outside without any fear of being attacked by bad people. A residence near the college no longer needs to drive a long distance to get there. The apartments are also well maintained and clean for the enjoyment of residents.
The quad is such a very beautiful place to live on. It’s easier to study because it’s not a loud neighborhood. You get to decorate your apartment any way, you want because you buy your own stuff to put in your apartment.
roommates are good, I like the family living it feels a bit safer than just student living. I think my only thing would be the noise from the upstairs neighbors but it’s not awful
I really have liked my time at the Quad. The office has been super kind and welcoming. The only thing is my key hasn't worked for the gym in a while which is mildly annoying. Other than that though no complaints!
The staff in the office is amazing and always willing to work with you. Maintenance on the other hand is really never around and hardly fixes anything
The landlord Leanne is very unprofessional and rude, the property needs work and the apartment wasn’t clean or ready for us between the current and the sister location the reserve before we moved for extra room. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless its a last option. the apartment itself isn’t bad it’s the office that needs a lot of work done in there because there staff is rude just like there property manager
When I moved in (2020), the blinds were being held up my tape, and the laundry door handle was being held by a bobby pin. The blinds started falling down about a month into living there, and we weren't a wild group so that's not on us. About 3-4 months before move out, mold started growing under the bathroom sink. I asked maintenance to throw away everything with mold on it along with the still mold. They threw away most of the stuff with mold on it, but there were a few things left in there that I had to throw away myself (gross). Also, the other bathroom, the vent (on the ceiling) would leak from the upstairs neighbors. This happened about every other week, sometimes more. Besides all of that, the apartment was a good first.
My first apartment, and I just love it. Going to school to me a make-up artist. I was a little worried about getting my own place, but not anymore the landlord is so nice and everything is so clean and nice and my family knows I will be safe here. That was a big fear for all of us. I have alot of work ahead of me so I have to know that I dont have to worry about things breaking down and not feeling safe. Off to study.Winning this would sure help pay for my school and rent. Hope to get that e-mail or letter that I won. Thank You Haley
