Property manager is horrible. Amenities are not nice and rent increases every year. Live at Hillcrest apartments if you want an apartment.

Tour Review
I recently took a tour at The Quarters, and Liz, one of the CA’s went above and beyond to interest me in living here in the future. I absolutely love the facility, and Liz definitely had me invested. I can’t wait to look more into staying at the Quarters when I move to college!

Best apartment complex in Cedar Falls
I was very impressed with the quality of the tour that McKenna, one of the CA’s gave me! She explained that there are furnished and unfurnished options, free tanning bed and sauna access, 24/7 gym and clubhouse access, and it’s pet friendly! Not to mention free parking close to campus also! Overall, a very welcoming place. I recommend taking a tour!

Small community feeling

Good Complex
QCF is a great place to live. I am a big fan of the basketball court, and it’s nice to have a court in the area where I live. I also enjoy the gym, as the campus gym gets packed.

Not a nice place
They like to present themselves as a four or five star place at a three star price. But really they are a one star place at a three star price. The appliances are old. The walls are thin and prone to mold. The office is nice but you don't live in the office.

Renting
Don’t ever rent from the quarters. Worse apartment ever. We had two subleasers we had no say about. They also came into our apartment without notifying us. The second random we got in OUR home we got a days notice and nothing more. Didn’t know his name or anything about him. Don’t rent. All they care about is money. They don’t care that is your home.

UV Mills
I loved living at UV Mills. It was very convenient being close to campus. I also loved having a pool, tanning, and work out center right by my house. The staff is very nice and helpful. They always have free food which is a major plus!! I recommend living here!

Great place to live!
I am currently a Freshman at UNI and did not choose the dorms. I am so glad I didn't because living at University Mills has been awesome! With it being so close to campus the walk is only 10 minutes and there is a bus that picks you up! Residents are so nice and they have weekly events that allow you to meet everyone and grab free food! The staff if great and if you have any maintenance issues they have a maintenance team that fixes those issues for you! I recommend living here :)
