I've been a resident here for over 2 years and can say if there was more than 5 stars to give I would happily give them! Both the office and maintenance staff are amazing and friendly. Grounds are always kept beautifully. Pool area is a nice!

We’ve never had an issue with this apartment complex. Rent is the most reasonable for the space we have. Nice appliances and amenities. Nothing fancy, but the pool is nice in the summer. It’s quiet, which is the most important thing. But we live upstairs so that may make a difference. Every service request has been promptly attended to. It could use a new paint job and better water pressure but those are small issues. It is also extremely busy and trafficy at times and especially during sports seasons but that’s not the apartment’s fault—just a con of the location. Perk of the location is within walking to the greenway and close to I-49. Also, we’ve never felt unsafe or had any issue with theft.

We moved out three months in advance of lease expiration. Apartment was empty. We repeatedly spoke with manager and he assure us that the apartment was checked and we would not have any additional charges. Now, they have a manager change and we've received a bill for an additional $278. We are being charged for light bulbs...we had three months to replace bulbs had we been told....Painting...only lived in apartment 9 months and NOTHING on walls....Floors....gave three months notice the apartment was empty. Now, they threaten collection agency after we closed our account thinking everything was okay.

If you go to U of A this is the best place to live. The buses pick people of from the baseball stadium and take them to the football stadium for free during football games! Plus baseball games are right there. The landlord is helpful (although she can be a bit distracted when things get busy). Only downside is very strict pet policy 50 pounds and under $400 nonrefundable deposit for dog over 20 pounds $200 for 20 pounds and under. Maintenance is super helpful and timely! Landlord sent someone to check a leak at 9:30pm and they were there 10 minutes after I called! Clean, great neighbors, love this place!
