A major suburb of Austin, Cedar Park gets you right into the area without having to live in the big city. If you like peace and quiet but don't want to live all the way out in the woods, then Cedar Park is the place to be. It's nice living so close to one of the biggest music cities in America, but you don't even need to leave Cedar Park to take in a great concert. If you want entertainment, check out the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park. The center plays host to everything from monster truck shows to country and hip hop concerts. Cedar Park is only about 16 miles from Downtown Austin, making this an ideal location for commuters. Cedar Park is considered one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.
Cedar Park's claim to fame (besides the H-E-B Center) is the Heritage Oak Tree, a 400-year-old live oak that stands 57 feet tall and is 80 feet around. This massive tree is decorated during the holiday season with over 30,000 lights.

Great community and amenities, location is very convenient. The management team is great and responsive, they try to make 3 to 4 community events monthly. The maintenance staff is responsive and keep the common areas nice and clean. My only complain is the fire alarm is very sensible and triggers often.

There are concerns about security in the parking garage. Some residents drive recklessly inside the space, and visibility is limited when making turns. I often see kids skateboarding inside the building. There are no security cameras, and the reflective mirrors are too small to see oncoming vehicles. The automatic gates often confuse residents—sometimes they remain open all day, while other times they do not function properly for pass access. In addition, the leasing staff occasionally provide incorrect information.

Friendly staff and neighbors and a very safe location with the conveniences around the city. The only issue I have is the dog poops around building from lazy owners.

Living at Quest Apartments is like no other apartment. The location, the types of apartments and best staff who care about their residents cannot be found anywhere else. I have lived in other apartments and none were as good as Quest Apartments.

The cons out weigh the pros here at Quest. Everything keeps breaking down here. The gates to garage, hot tub, fob key locks, dog wash, laundry room, floor leveling issues…we’ve only been here for three years and I can not tell you the amount of times all of these things have broken down. Also It’s only a five year old apartment complex built in 2020. Oh and let’s not forget. Probably 5-8 times a year the fire alarms go off in the hallways and every apartment has an alarm inside their home connected to the hallway alarms. Extremely loud. And stresses our animals. People who have lived here longer then a year don’t even go out of their homes when the fire alarms go off. We all know what happened. They are very quick to blame residents about it But this place has very high turnover. No one knows to not open the front door of apartment to air out the place. Only reason why we have stayed here for so long is because of the price and location.

This is my first apartment ever. I was very nervous about making the jump to living by myself. Quest has wonderful staff, awesome amenities, it's a great location surrounded by everything you need or want. Quest made me feel comfortable and ready to move in. Definitely recommend

Very quiet living here. My apartment is set up quite well. The staff is friendly and attentive. My one complaint would be ... The halls need some attention. The floor is dirty and looks terrible. Maybe a paint job or some carpeting would look better.

Magnificent new apartments in a good location. There are many parks and all kinds of shops nearby. Nice staff. There is a swimming pool and a gym. Dog friendly community.

Magnificent apartments!!! Friendly staff. Ideal location for the apartment. There are many shops nearby, and a good park with a children's playground is within walking distance. Good schools.

Staff is by far some of the best out of any apartment complex in the area. They are always quick to solve any issues you may have. Apartments themselves are on the smaller side for the price point but having a parking garage and elevator help make up for it.

Apartments are nice and cozy. Parking garage is a nice perk to have to keep your car clean and not have to walk up many stairs. Recycling and garage is right on the way to your car without walking very far.

My experience since I have been a resident in these apartments for a year has been excellent and I have nothing negative to say. My touring experience was simply amazing. Maimoonah is fantastic, she was quick to respond to any and every questions I had. The property itself is beautiful from the outside as well as the units

Office staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The activities and events I have attended, have been great fun. Maintenance crew have been outstanding. Quick response, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Cleaning crew did not do a good job preparing our apartment for moving in. The floor was dirty and streaked. We found a dusty sock in the laundry room. With that one exception, our experience has been wonderful,

Amazing customer service! This is my first time applying for an apartment, and the helpful, friendly staff made the process easy for me. I really liked how the staff kept in contact and were quick to follow up with me via phone or email regarding the status of my application.

Love the community and area--feel pretty safe in this complex/surrounding neighborhood. Don't love all the maintenance issues--AC has gone out 4X in the past year, and my sink detached from the counter top/fell through the cabinet and I had to wash dishes in my bathroom all weekend. Air quality has been terrible--they won't change out air filters unless a work order is placed. Pretty perplexed as to why these issues are happening in a fairly new complex, but I would stay living here for a long time if they had not occurred.

My name is Commander Shepard and this is my favorite apartment complex on the Citadel. Don't listen to any of the other apartment complexes that may or may not also have my endorsement. This is the complex that I love the most.

I originally moved here when it was brand new. Lots of new faces now and not as friendly as the older staff! Very rude when you call to ask anything, the manager knocks on your door like the police. Just very unprofessional these days!

Have enjoyed living here. Mostly quiet and relaxing. Don’t know my neighbors except few I’ve seen. I enjoy have the convenience of the small store and the coffee machine. I wish I had time to be involved with some of the activities. Unfortunately, I’m at work during most all events. The office staff is very friendly and courteous and I appreciate that.

I absolutely love living here. Not only is the property beautiful and the amenities are amazing, but the building is secure and safe. The staff is amazing and welcoming to all.

So far so good, we are enjoying quiz night,burger & , next up wine & dine & also the candy corn count. The pool is nice & relaxing, but the other day the hot spa was not generating any bubbles. Looking forward to movie night!
