Property Ratings at The Queue Apartments
This place sucks! You can never get a hold of anyone if something goes wrong inside your apartment. They don’t care about the people who live here. Find somewhere else in Fort Lauderdale you will be much happier.

Have really enjoyed this apartment. Comfortable apartment and love the pool and other amenities. Highly recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to share a few of the positive aspects of our wonderful community. We greatly appreciate your review! The Queue Team
Everyone treats each other with kindness and respect. It is a great feeling knowing that everyone is looking out for each other. This is a wonderful, family community and I can’t express how grateful I am to be a part of this safe space.
Feel like the building is out for themselves and not into keeping long term tenants. Floors (inside/garage) have greatly deteriorated over the last year notably. Smelly staircase in front of building that we use. Desperately need more treadmills.
Overall good experience living at the Queue. Rebecca from the office and maintenance were always very quick to respond and fix any issue in the apartment even if it wasn’t necessarily an emergency, it always got done either day of or next business day and I was very appreciative of that. Only issues were the lack of storage space in the apartment and rowdy neighbors that screamed at each other constantly for the 3 years I’ve lived here during late week nights and early mornings that security seemed to never put a stop to… but then I had friends over for my birthday on a Friday night and they knocked on our door and told us to be quiet. The gym was my favorite amenity only thing I wish it had was a stair master, didn’t really use the pool much because of the lack of hours that it actually got sun but when it did it was nice. Weekly Yoga classes and the food trucks were cool parts about living here too.
The queue is a great community. The amenities and location are great in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. There is no place I’d rather live
Love the staff here, have lived here for 4 years now. Great building, nice amenities. Opportunity for improvement with the elevator. One is out a lot which puts stress on the other.
Great value apt close to downtown fort lauderdale. Leasing office staff is always very helpful with any maintenance or other issues. Building is always kept very clean.
I renewed my lease and decided to make the Queue my home for another year. Since moving here August 2021, it has been nothing but fun. Great location, enjoyable space and walking distance to work.
Great place to live, good location and good value. Building is always kept clean and leasing office always takes care of any issues quickly.
Great community with very nice amenities. Close to downtown fort lauderdale. Rent is reasonable compared to other complexes in the area. Very nice lobby with study/office room.
Since moving here in 2021, I must say that my experience has been nothing but positive. I have to give Rebecca a shout out for always ensuring that any facilities related work that I submitted got handled in a timely manner.
Overall great value apartment. Great location and great staff. Maintenance requests get addressed quickly. Ammenities are always kept clean and neat.
Been here for 3 years but this will be our last lease term. Mgmt is money hungry and there is no rent control so $300/mo, another $200/mo next term- they don’t think how that effects a families ability to save for retirement and enjoy life. If the building was improving with the increases, at least you could see that. There are zero amenities here compared to the other beautiful buildings in the area. People smoking on their balconies. Loud music and gatherings at pool. Kids screaming at the pool, even after dark. Trash overflowing twice a week. Water leaks in garage onto your car after you wash it and as you enter doorways. Elevators broken pretty frequently these days. Shop around.
Do not move here the worst place I lived in Florida. Poor Management Team Poor Amenities Kids and partying at all Hours of the night. Fire Alarms Constantly going off supposed to be non smoking but everyone's smoking weed and Cig's on there porch. Don't think of living here with an animal like a dog fines every time your dog goes outside and no one speaks English. Worst place to live in Florida over priced they hype you up with the model unit as well looks nothing like the actual unit you get. Wish I could give zero stars
I’ve lived here since it opened a little over a year. The physically apartments themselves are modern and nice however management is rude as the previous review says and appears to be allowing anyone at all to move in. Mainly young drunk obnoxious college students that give out the gate code to anyone - making this place unsafe as anyone has access at this point. I cannot wait until my lease is up.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear about your experience here at The Queue. As we have had no similar complaints about tenants’ behavior or the safety in the building, we would be happy to speak to you to hear more about what you encountered. We take the security of the building very seriously as well as the experience of our tenants within the community. When we took over as management at The Queue, we made changes specifically designed to address safety concerns. We do encourage all our residents to come visit our office or call us anytime if they feel there are issues that need to be discussed. We again welcome you to come to our office as our staff is more than willing to discuss any concerns you may have. The Queue and Boardwalk Properties looks forward to hearing from you.
The building and ammenities are good, and the gym is equipped with proper equipment. The location is also good. However the new management company (Boardwalk Properties) is terrible. The staff is consistently rude, regularly bills rent incorrectly, and seems to be incapable of listening to residents. For example, Boardwalk Properties made the executive decision to turn off all air conditioning in the hallways of the building. This has lead to several square feet of carpet falling apart in the hallways. The parking garage has also not even been maintained since the company took over management. Do not live here if you want to feel respected by your property management company.
Property Manager at The Queue Apartments, Responded To This Review
We are so sorry to hear about your experience at The Queue and with Boardwalk Properties. We are continuously trying to improve the building, as well as maintain all existing amenities. Unfortunately, when an air conditioning unit malfunctions, there may be some lag time to fully address the situation. Anytime there is an issue, we encourage tenants to let our office know immediately. We are always available to any tenant to address complaints or concerns with their living experience. Our staff is available to try to find a solution to resolve our tenants’ needs. If you are a current tenant, feel free to come by the office or call or email us anytime. We would be happy to address any issues you have. The Queue and Boardwalk Properties looks forward to hearing from you.
