Located about one mile southeast of Downtown Austin, Rainey Street is a historic and entertainment district known for its charming bungalows that have been renovated as laidback bars. Their leasing office team is HORRIBLE. We started the application process in November, called them and told them that we already wanted to fill out an application for an apartment. They offered to give us a video tour in a week, we scheduled an appointment. I canceled my business for this time, but they just didn’t come!!!! I was on line for half an hour!! But no one came. Then when you try to call them, you can do this for days. And they never call back, even though I've left them voicemail many times. They respond to emails better. Do you know what they did?)))) They mistakenly sent me a link to the resident portal where I could pay for months of living. BUT!!!! When I was about to do this, I decided to call them to make sure that I was approved. So, I was able to reach them only on the 4th day. And guess what?) They said they sent me a link to MISTAKE!!!! This is just terrible, I don’t understand how work and their office are. Because of them we suffered losses! We had already bought plane tickets because we thought that we already had a place to live. We ended up having to rent a hotel until we could rent another apartment! And they didn't even apologize! Also, when I read the document, it said that the administrative fees are refundable if the application is rejected. But this is not true!!! They responded to us about this for two months. In the end, it turns out that if the application is rejected, then they have the right to keep all the fees)) This was the worst experience of renting an apartment in my life. Even my realtor friend, who helped me deal with them, said that she had never encountered such a dismissive attitude!

I have lived at Quincy for over a year, and have been through horrible management until Monica arrived. The previous manager and assistant had no clue what customer service even meant. Monica and her team go the extra mile, even in the face of tremendous unexpected events. I was going to move at the end of my lease but I will be sticking it out another 12 months. I highly recommend this team and I have always adored this building!
Staff is great, amenities are wonderful, and my apartment is just what I need when I stay in Austin.

I have not leased at Quincy yet, but as soon as I walked in to look at one of their apartments, everyone was super nice to me. I have not had that experience at all since I have been looking for a new place to live in the past few weeks and I thought it needed some recognition.

This place has everything I need. Everyone that lives here is so nice, I feel I will make so many friends here. My small studio apartment is just what I need and has huge windows that look out over East Austin.

Management is abysmal. Moved in within the first week after opening. They are still doing construction 2 floors below apartment floors and they drill and hammer at all hours of the night. Dog park was promised 9 months ago but still haven’t heard a word about it. Multiple nights without AC and nobody on call to come fix it. No place to park with all of the construction going up right around it, unless your guests want to pay $90/day for guest parking. Tried to increase rent 50%, not including increasing parking 50%. Huge money grab - it’s disgusting. Highly recommend AGAINST living here.

I scheduled my online viewing with this property and planned my morning accordingly. Up to the viewing time, no email with instructions, nada from the apartment building. About 15 minutes past the interview time I emailed them asking what happened and questioning the lack of consideration - I received only automated emails from the property. The response was that they called and it was a Google number - then so what? The lack of effort and consideration made me question and choose another complex in the area. If they treat potential customers like this, I can't imagine how they treat the residents that already are in the building. POOR MANAGEMENT, definitely!

My partner and I moved out of the quincy about a month and a half ago, we are STILL being charged for a time period that we did not live there, were moved out, no longer had our keys and lease had officially ended. This has been a total nightmare to deal with. I’ve emailed and spoken with the property manager and billing company they have been nothing but rude saying they have higher priorities and that if I don’t want to deal with this to simply not answer my phone. I’m still on residential group chats and the pictures that you see of the dirty pool and patio area are 100% true. The customer service that I dealt with paying a high rent price is absolutely horrible. Please save yourself the stress and time and find a better location that will provide you with a pleasant customer service experience. Please do not believe the 5 star reviews that have been posted because they are not true. If I could give them a negative star rating I would.

Just moved from CA & I love it! Super fun building with amazing neighbors and down to earth staff! Toured a lot of high rises and felt everyone was very snooty which surprised me! I definitely do not get this vibe here. I do wish there was one extra elevator but the staff will drop anything to make that issue a priority if anything happens with them currently. Assuming that will resolve after construction leaves. Overall super happy!
Have lived here since August, and I’m super impressed with the building but more the staff. Living in construction has its challenges of course but the team is so on top of everything anytime I have an issue they are at my door before I can normally even call them it’s crazy. Just wanted to give a shout-out to them and thank you guys for all you’re doing! -Mike

So far, The Quincy has surpassed expectations. The amenities are top notch and the convenience in terms of location is excellent.
Ive only been here two weeks but The Quincy has already exceeded my expectations for living downtown. The staff is very friendly and accommodating - something you always hope to have. The structure is very well built - thick windows and walls - nice to WFH in. Its a beautiful space. Looking forward to enjoying the amenities (especially the gym that has a view of downtown while you workout).
Great team! Morgan and Jalyn are rockstars. They are very attentive and quick to respond. Made accommodations to tour the building during construction. Looking forward to living here!
