The Quincy has been a great place to live for us! My husband works in the city so it’s convenient that we live within walking distance of the train station as well as all the restaurants and things to do in the area. It’s also near major highways so it’s easy access to lots around! The staff here are always kind, welcoming and very helpful. They host events for residents and are always trying to keep things fun and engaging. Also the maintenance team is excellent, very on top of things! The staff are constantly keeping the building well maintained and up-to-date, including the landscaping which is beautiful every season! Thank you so much! We love our experience over the years!

I think this is a nice apartment. I like the community space. The unit is designed properly and we have comfortable space. The only small concern is that it’s a little noisy since my unit is facing the street.

However, there are some issues with couriers that misdeliver them either at entirely different locations or in non-secure areas which they should not know. That being said, we will continue to make our daily rounds and ensure we can get our residents their packages. Thank you again!

Apartment is okay but they are asking for a bit too much price wise. Although the apartment complex has nice amenities and a more "luxury" kind of look, you can tell the units are cheaply made due to how thin and hollow the walls are. You can hear the other people around you a lot.

If you are looking for a beautiful, elegant, and comfortable apartment, The Quincy is where it’s at. You have the roof top pool, the game room equipped with a pool table, among other luxuries. There is also an amazing fitness center with everything you need. I’ve now lived here twice. I left due to work, and now I am back! It’s like Hotel California but you actually don’t want to leave. :-)

It's good in many aspects. I think the most drawback is that it's expensive. The other problem is that the printer in the library often breaks down. I don't know why, it's quite wierd. I went their only once this month and once last month, and they couldn't work at that time. Maybe I'm not lucky.

I love it here so far. There are little things that are annoying but nothing majorly impactful nor easily changed. Floor plans/closet space. Those are finite details that should be revisited when another apartment bldg is added to the greystar family.

Been living here since the summer of 2019 and its exceeded all my expectations. Amenities are top tier, leasing office staff is friendly/helpful, and service requests are handled promptly/professionally. Living here is stress free and easy

The Quincy in my book is amazing!!! Couldnt have chosen a better location, access to the Highway, and just an overall warm and welcoming feel when you walk in. The community lounge is incredible with a pool table and the gym inside the facility makes it easy for me to get my workouts in fast and easy.
