Been here since 2015 and i have truly enjoyed my apartment. I don't want to leave but want be able to afford the rent hike. Staff is wonderful and helpful with your needs. Will miss this place.

This is the worst place Ive ever lived. The place is nice. The office crew and maintenance are lacking of knowledge and willingness to work.

If I knew what I know now would have never moved in The Quinn. The place has nets, dish washer leaks water, air conditioner is very loud in the rooms, dryer hose has a big hole in it. I called the office to see what I need to do to get maintenance out to our unit. Well one of the leasing agent to my complaint and said will send someone out the next day. No one showed up, so hubby called was told no one wrote the request to send maintenance out or the maintenance got the order and got too busy so would be out today. Guess what! They never came. There are more issues but, I sill be leaving S soon as my lease is up. Plus they never could print out our lease so they emailed it & was told if you want a paper copy you can print it out yourself which is 45 pages. This place suck and the agents here are phony & don't care about nothing but making a sake.I will be contact the news people abour this place & hopefully end my leased before a year.

No security presence whatsoever, which is my main concern. Apartment complex is clean for the most part. Beware of leaf blowers they will sand blast your vehicle and deteriorate your paint. Aside of ruin you sleep schedule if you work at night.

My overall experience with the staff most importantly Ms. Cintia has been amazing. I moved in earlier then what was expected as I was travel from another state. I am amazed with how quickly she was able to get my unit together within the short amount of time that she was given (my fault totally). The quickness and understanding of my issues really impressed me. The Quinn gets 5 ??s in my book. Each staff member that I’ve come in contact with has been highly professional and friendly. I’m amazed at how quickly a maintenance request is processed. I placed a ticket online left out for a quick errand and came back and the issue was already addressed.

It is an awful place to live. they just thinking about how to make money from you with minimum service and less pay for you in service. we pay for everything here even swear, trash, pest control, common power, and water, service, etc. I rent here and base on the property and lease agreement it is the gated property but the gate is always open 24/7 and makes it unsafe. I found many issues with that. many unrelated cars parked every day and night on parking spots, especially at the weekend. rove is common here with non-tenant. I complained about the entrance gate and parking and they said to call the tow company to tow them or call 311 for homeless and non-tenant when we see. they believe the tenants are their servent. Also, Bugs are everywhere forever, All tenants have to pay monthly for pest control but we still have a different verity of bugs everywhere all the time. On top of that, we do not have a gym here, on leasing agreement it includes the pool is 24/7 open ( the big lie) because it is closed for a while, also they start to close the gym in September and still it closed. they want to renovate it for future tenants at an unknown time to raise the rent for them, but so far the current tenant does not have a gym. even we complained instead of being sorry or provide us substitute gym or subtract money from the rent, the management said we are doing for future and future tenant, ( means do not care about tenant) and we can not provide you any favors with that shortage ( no gym or subtract money from rent, etc) even on the written lease it includes the gym, pool. The other interesting things the property manager and district property manager will not accept any shortages and they never answer you, as I send many emails to them with no reply. Do not let they rub your money, happiness, and peace
Its the bare minimum for too much money. Look elsewhere. Poor air conditioning and old construction make bills really expensive. Added a garbage service and charged for it without asking. You can find a better place to live for a bit.

Please if you are military do not rent here. They over charge for month to month and they are not military friendly when it comes to a military Family PCSing! They don’t contact you for renew lease options and they over charge double the amount on month to month! Someone needs to check if that is legal!!

Greetings - We are disappointed to see your low star rating. If you could please provide more information to our property manager at 702-434-2222, we'd be more than happy to discuss and attempt to make this situation better.
It seems they only have 1-2 maintenance guys for the property and no maintenance supervisor. Work orders take an extremely long time to be completed (greater than the 14 days the law allows).The office staff seems very nice, but there seems to be no control over maintenance and getting work completed in a timely manner. If they would employ a qualified maintenance manager/supervisor whom is able to coach and lead maintenance technicians under his/her direct supervision effectively. The productivity of the maintenance staff would improve greatly, in turn more work would be completed in a timely manner. Also, uniforms should be mandatory for their maintenance staff...just saying...I hold a CCW, and it would be a bad situation for me to walk in my apartment and find a person there not in uniform and without proper identification. The 2 stars are for the 2 ladies in the office, they try as far as I have seen. Other than maintenance issues, the property has been fairly quiet.

The front office has really nice people working and maintenance is very nice too. But the response to service calls is poor my toilet seat has been broken for 4 months I've put in 2 service requests . But the neighborhood is wonderful and awesome neighbors.
