The Quorum at Trophy Club Townhomes

I've been a resident at this exceptional community for over three years, and I continue to be impressed by the outstanding management and maintenance team. Their care, responsiveness, and efficiency are truly unparalleled. The entire property is immaculate, consistently clean, and meticulously maintained. Living here has been a joy, thanks to the dedicated team that goes above and beyond to ensure a pristine and pleasant environment for all residents. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a well-managed, beautifully kept home.

My 3 boys and I have lived at The Quorum of Trophy Club for about 2 years. The apartments are SAFE, clean, staff is great, schools are amazing and the grounds and landscaping are well kept. We have a 3 bedroom loft which is a perfect fir for our family. This home has been a blessing to us!

The property manager is warm, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The units are clean, spacious, and up-to-date. The maintenance staff does a great job keeping up the appearance of the complex and responding quickly to any maintenance issues. The complex community is very quiet, and Trophy Club is a great community to live in. Close to Dallas and Ft Worth and DFW is just minutes away (the complex is not under any flight paths).

We love it here! Yes these townhomes and apartments were built a long time back, but they are well-built, quiet inside (no neighbor noise through walls either). The staff are great, with maintenance requests handled within 1 day 99% of the time. Many of townhome units are unique, and most or all of those have golf course views out the back!

I am a current resident and have live here for almost 9 years. This property has gone through alot of changes since the previous management and Beth has been amazing to work with. Both Beth and Jeremy are very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. We recently had our windows replaced, a new alarm system installed and my water and electric bills have dropped significantly! This is a great place to live and the staff are wonderful.

Where do I even start! From the minute I walked in until the day I got the keys, Beth has been an amazing person to work with. She answered every question I had and was so helpful. Her kind demeanor and just all around helpfulness made the decision to move here even easier. I look forward to living here. Thank you Beth!

Leasing from DJ was a nightmare, if something was broken we had to fix it ourselves and they will lie in order to keep your deposit. Unfortunately you will have no recourse, there is no one that will help a renter and your hands will be tied. It’s a HUGE mistake to get involved with these people.

I have tried to reach out to this property as well and have been given the run-around. I am very interested in this location, but cannot seem to get anyone to help me. I hope this is not indicative of what it would be like to live there.

I have never lived here, but I was interested in an apartment. I called in regards to the apartment and got Jordan at the Vineyards. She explained that the Qorum was closed and that I would have to call back the next day. Since they had limited hours, I had to call on my lunch break. Someone picked up the phone, and I explained that I was interested in the the one bedroom apartment that I had seen available online and that I had talked to Jordan the previous day. She said, "Okay, let me call Jordan." I tried to say, "Wait, Jordan said she couldn't help me yesterday and to call back." But I was already on hold. Then Jordan picked up and said she was the manager for both the Vineyards and the Quorum and that the one bedroom at the Quorum was not available, but I could apply at the vineyards. I'm not sure why she just didn't tell me when I called that they didn't have a one bedroom available instead of having me call the next day on my lunch break and spend time being put on hold only to be transferred back to her for her to tell me that. I think maybe it is a company policy issue instead of feedback on Jordan. Maybe she couldn't give me the answer because the Quorum was technically closed. But the company policy was not very respectful of my time. And I missed lunch because by the time I got done with all of that, the lunch line was too long for me to get food and get back to my desk. NOT happy with them.

The Quorum Townhomes is a wonderful place to live. DJ Mena in the leasing office is the BEST!!! She is very professional, friendly and always takes care of any issues that we have.
