The Racquet Club Apartments

So far, everything about the Racquet Club has been great. Love the facilities and what they have to offer. The area is clean and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. My favorite feature of the apartment is the balcony/deck. Can’t wait to decorate it and the entire apartment as well to make it my cozy new home!

The community is great and everyone is welcoming. The cabinets are a little dated, but very good for the price of rent! Very quick to add us to the list for pest control when the ants started coming out this year as well.

Very friendly staff, and animal friendly environment. Nice pools and hot tub, tennis court, pond, gym, and gaming room! Management is super helpful.

Very peaceful, safe, and beautiful place to live. Very dog friendly as well. Deposit wasn’t that bad either along with rent, as most places charge more.

my time here at the racquet club has been good. The amenities are awesome! I can’t wait for the pool to open for the season. I love how pet friendly the place is but some people don’t pick up their dog poop and it’s annoying. I guess it’s a winter thing bc the weather has been cold.

Staff is always friendly, maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. The clubhouse and gym are nice. I love the coffee station and tv room to invite guests

It’s been great. I would recommend this place to everyone. Our experience here has been nothing but great. Management has been good and on top of everything.

The only reason I don't give it a five star is because we were supposed to have a dog wash and nothing has been mentioned else about it. It looks like a storage room now for maintenance. I'm really hoping now with it being March that they will start working on the pool and fixing all the tiles that have fell off. Outside of that this is a wonderful place to live at and will continue calling this my home for years to come

Me and my husband have really enjoyed it here! The community is great and it's a lovely first apartment atmosphere! The leasing office staff are always so kind and welcoming and we have been so appreciative of their help.

Thanks for being conscientious during the snow storm, plowing and salting. Imortant to residents. Stairs, trash area and mailbox area need special attention. ??

Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and the leasing office is always easy to reach when needed. The gym is great and well kept, along with the property

They were incredibly helpful—always ready to answer my questions and provide assistance whenever needed. The community vibe is equally impressive. My neighbors have been very welcoming, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. It’s clear that there's a strong sense of community here, with friendly residents creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to move into The Racquet Club. The combination of efficient, supportive staff and a congenial neighborhood has made this one of the best living experiences I've had. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and community-oriented apartment complex!

There’s so few employees in the office that it gets frustrating trying to get anything done. The edges of the property and the dog waste stations are always neglected.

Friendly staff, responses, and community events! Have had a difficult time with problems in the apartment/ outside of the building. Unsafe sidewalk that never got fixed, cheap paint job painting over old command strips, smoke smell, etc. Love the apartment but stuff like this overshadows

Staff is great to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent in Lexington. Close to Man O War and offers a lot of convenience.

Love staying here.I have no issues with other residents or staff members and I'm enjoying all the amenities that comes with staying here. I would highly recommend living here

My experience at the Racquet Club Apartments has been awesome! I can’t wait to use the amenities during the summer and spring time!! Moving here was surprisingly easy and the process wasn’t complicated. The staff is friendly! If you are an animal lover, you’ll love this place!

Great community, nice neighbors, everyone is friendly and everything is peaceful. The office people are a little rude and unprofessional and my apartment is wayyyy too tiny for how much I pay but it’s a great community. The apartments could use some renovations though.

The neighborhood is quiet. The neighbors are friendly and kind. Everyone has been so helpful since we have moved and we have made so many connections with our neighbors.

It’s amazing that the hot tub is working and the temperature is an amazing!! Management has really stepped up lately and are getting things done.

It has been great dealing with management since we moved in over a year ago. They respond immediately to emails which is great, even the rewards program if you have a question they respond immediately. We recently had an issue around the building and they emailed us the process and fix every step of the way. This is what a property management should look like. Great job!

Just sign the lease to renew my 6th year. I love all the updates they are doing, beautiful property. The only thing is no one picks up their dog poop and it is everywhere.

I like the racquet club. I have been living here for over six months and I absolutely love the amenities. I love how the gym in 24/7. But the outdoor pool is my favorite! The indoor pool and hot tub is super nice as well.

Technology is not always my friend. Had issues issues executing my lease renewal online, but Bill was kind enough to offer his time to assist in helping me complete it. ??

Getting to know my neighbors since moving here. Everyone is super friendly! Loving it thus far. Used the fireplace for the first time during these snow days.... It was great!

The Racquet club apartments are nice and secluded. The apartments take pride in their amenities and the community. Maintenance is always on time and does a great job.

It's awesome I've been here for a long time, a very beautiful place, management and workers are nice,property well took care of coffee,game and TV room.

Heather in the office is very helpful and she communicates very well. We appreciate the road getting plowed because of all the snow and ice.

Love living here! They’re very quick to fix any issues and the amenities are great! The gym is updated. Very dog friendly and close to a park.

One dumpster for the entire place. Trash overflowing in dog areas and trash receptacles. Office never responds in a timing manner. Even maintenance just shows up with no notice, no knock, won’t even allow you to schedule a reasonable time. Policies are labeled mandatory (like moving a U-Haul within 24 hours or tow) and then broken down for sale trailers take up spaces for months with no reproductions. Absolutely inconsistent and ridiculous policies and mandates not required at any other responsible apartments. Also, dog park ‘amenity’ is just a poop filled lot with no accountability and ZERO maintenance. Not even worth advertising.

The only downside is that rent can be on the higher side, but it feels justified given the quality of life here. Overall, it’s a great place to live for anyone who values convenience and a community-oriented environment

Nice neighborhood, expensive SMALL apartment, nice community, good amenities. Just very small and not worth as much as they are but it’s a great place to live!

Great place.. I haven't used a hot tub in a year, that's the one thing I'm disappointed about. Either there's problems with the heater or something wrong with the clubhouse or it's always something but it's been over a year since I've got to enjoy it. Plus the indoor pool is way too cold to even swim. Outside of that, I think it's a great place to live beautiful landscaping and the outdoor pool is great

Lived here for two years. The apartment is satisfactory for my needs. Maintenance is very responsive and it’s pretty much a safe environment

They do a great job responding to maintenance requests. One thing about them is that after everything has been done they follow up with you.

I love living at the Raquet Club! Excellent amenities and community. Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Front office staff is always friendly and helpful!

I’m happy to live here and appreciate the amenities readily available for me to use whenever possible. People in the community are friendly and welcoming

My overall experience here has been great. My only complaint is resident parking. The amount of rent I pay for comfort, I should be able to park in front of my building. There are nights when I have to park 4 buildings down due to my neighbors guest taking all the parking spaces.

Good apartment - some exterior updates completed over the last year by new owners/leasing company. Needs interior updates considering the cost of rent. Expect rent to be increased at least $50-$100 year, my experience over the past 4 years. Access to amenities and the clubhouse have decreased over the same amount of time.

Great community to live in although there’s always room for improvement I love living here I just wish they would remove some restrictions the main one I don’t like is their outdoor decoration policy even though it’s on my patio I think it’s ridiculous that if you decorate wrong you can eventually get evicted

The apartment is really nice at reasonable price in Lexington. Things that I really like about The racquet club apartments is they have a swimming pool, community gym and easy of getting things done
